I HAVE MOVED! to here so please update your links.
its been great pitas. but its time to move on.
I'm bored. Sitting at home again.
Can you believe I've done 80% of my packing for my February trip. I intend to pack light this time, so can you believe (once again) that 80% of the stuff is in a carry on bag, and my suitcase remains empty? Yes I know very hard to believe. Just let it sink in for a second.
Moving right along, since I have nothing better to do Imma list all the shoe shops I know in the city area.
For shoe shopping there are:
1. Myer, where I work, well Duh. At the moment they have these great acid brights ballet flats by Miss Shop, I love all three colours, violet, fuchsia and bright yellow. And great new season stock from Marc Jacobs in the form of turquoise contrast with floral print in both a wedge and a flat shoe.
2. The direct competition, David Jones. They have an even better upmarket shoe collection, the likes of Miu Miu and Sergio. I remember falling in love with the cutest pair of purple Miu Miu pointy flats. They were adorned with purple gems. A cheap alternative was Urban Soul, who usually copies Miu Miu style, such as their denim wedge with the big tan bow.
On a cheaper scale, there's Novo. Which stocks the likes of Charles and Keith as well. However at a higher price. I used to be in love with the store, now I can't find anything worthwhile.
On an even lesser scale, I know valleygirl does shoes. The designs however are very second rate and the materials always synthetic.
My current favourite for boots, Target (or some of us might pronounce in haughty voice "Tar-jhay") but yes, even though they have cheap shoes, the designs are actually quite well thought out, with cheaper copies of designer shoes.
Some girls also buy from Sportsgirl, I know some of my colleagues go there. HOwever what I've found is that the manufacturer of Sportsgirl shoes, also produce for Tony Bianco.
Tony Biancos can also be found in Myer or That shoe store Boutique Shoes on Barrack Street. However the shop seems fairly cramped so I'm not into shopping there.
One that has recently opened is that bargain shoe store right next to the cinema in the city. Don't be fooled by its reject appearance, because it also stocks Zoom and Urban Soul.
On the same scale there is also the basement shoe store, aptly named the Shoe Show. Mostly just Pierre Fontaines. Thus I don't really endorse it.
There is also Nine West, their designs are fairly simple and the prices are outrageously expensive, even when on sale. However at the current time I think the one on Forrest Chase is doing a revamp.
Other chain stores that does shoes include Dotti, who often do flats, (I bought my current season boots from there) and also Portmans, however I tried one of their ballet flats with the bow, and let's just say it was two seconds of hell. Just Jeans as well, but not so much now. I think in current stock they have ballet flats with a strap.
Then there's Zu, which stocks their own brand and Sachis. It's fairly good for evening shoes, and sometimes boots. They have sales quite often.
One I rarely go to now is Betts. I do recommend it to my customers if they're looking for this granny brand called airflex. They stock Skechers as well as Switch and funnily enough Zu shoes, even though that's right next door.
For the older taste there is also Colorado, can you imagine, my mum used to wanna get me shoes from there. Like Hello. Ick.
There's also that shoe store inside London Court, not sure of its name but there's only one shoe store in there. It sells bargain shoes, like Pierre Fontaine, and handbags as well, but also Fetish shoes (you know the vinyl clear platform type - also in boot form).
If you're looking for thongs there are always the surf shops like Quiksilver. I like the Roxy sandals, they're comfy and the Havaianas, cuz they come in lotsa cute colours. However I'm not big on thongs at the moment, seeing as its still winter, so I'm living in Keds. Which I usually get from Myer or Ebay. I have 5 pairs and counting :)
There's this really gross shoe store I don't like called Olive. I mean they do okay designs but sometimes the colour schemes are just plain hideous. They're having a sale. So if you're into bargain colourful shoes, why not check it out, it's probably closing down or something.
Near Olive there's a store that sells uggs, you can note they do so by the big navy ugg boot that's about 5 foot tall, nah I exaggerate it's probably only 3 foot tall.
Honing in on comfort there's also the Birkenstock shop, of which I never go to. Just because they're comfy doesn't mean they look great. They also stock those crocs. Which IMO is also quite hideous.
Mango also stocks shoes. This is actually good quality stuff because their accessories like handbags and stuff are always leather. However that is also the price you pay for it. Above $100 up to $200.
In King Street there's the infamous Zomp. Great quality shoes, very expensive. Great sales. Sachis as cheap as 40 bucks. I think they have boots on sale too at the moment. Not crap quality lotsa leather and great brands.
If you're in that neighbourhood there's also Louis Vuitton, they do shoes as well but as with every designer shoes expect the prices to be above $600, I'm not sure if their renovation is finished, but if you have nothing better to do, Gucci also does shoes, some with floral print or their monogram.
There's also Williams, where I always get my work shoes from. Corelli is surprisingly comfortable after you break them in. Even better when they're on sale. Cheapness!
For the fat footed ladies, or the girls with extra large feet I recommend Paul Carroll and Son located right above Woolies. They do a range of width fittings and sizes. However their designs don't always appeal to the younger age group. (I send old grandmas there, and people who don't have a choice BUT to go there)
There's also that very Asian shoe store in Carillon called Jo & Max. I bought a pair of square point pale pink mules from them on sale for like $40. Not bad and fairly comfy.
Let's not forget Emporio, four floors of Shoes, (well really its three cuz men's shoes don't really count) some times you'd be able to find something good there. It's the only place that stocks Scooter shoes. I got a great Scooter one, it was hard to find, scouted out 2 emporios (one in perth and one in sydney) before I got them from a Scooter store in Sydney. They're this gorgeous champagne coloured satin stiletto peep toes with black contrast and big chiffon bow at the back. Nick bought them for me. ^^
For some hot kicks there's Highs and Lows of which I still haven't gone to (but that's okay, I scout my Air Force Ones from Hype DC when I go east) and also Fiasco in Carillon City.
Eugh there's that shoe store called Shuinc in Carillon as well. Okay designs but not really that great in terms of price. Haven't ever bought shoes from them.
Olright is it time to stop yet?
Maybe a couple more, for the discerning shoe fetishist, Hobbs in Garden City and Subiaco stocks some great neutral designs. A lil pricey, but good quality.
Mollini in Subiaco also stocks some great shoes, some imitations straight off the catwalk.
Footlocker does some okay trainers. I get my plain white adidas from there. I do prefer Hype. They stock Keds as well and Converse shoes.
For the athletes I recommend Rowe and Jarman and even more so Athlete's foot, because they actually measure your foot and give you one on one service. But I'm not the crosstrainer type of girl.
Anyway that's all from me for now, gee, that filled up 20 minutes of my day nicely. Til later. Mwah.
-.- < Thursday, July 5, 2007 > -.-
Yesterday I went to garbo to see fantastic four; the rise of the silver surfer and true to its name it was fantastic ><
Or I'm just easily amused. But really I thought it was quite good.
Today me, Alan and Jase went to see Transformers, and I thought fantastic four was good. This movie blew any other action movie out of the water. It was just REALLY REALLY good.
Other than that it has been pretty boring. Didn't do much the rest of the day really. No plans for tomorrow either. Might go walk around in the city and check my roster. Hopefully I got some work or something. I have absolutely no income at the moment, I am VERY poor.
-.- < Wednesday, July 4, 2007 > -.-
yesterday went to carousel to watch Shrek 3 (like finally) it wasn't as good as I thought it would be, just goes to show you shouldn't watch a movie with high expectations.
It was me and Angela and after we just walked around for a bit and today we're gonna go out again to watch Fantastic 4 with Grace as well but at Garbo.
My juicy tracksuit came! It's so very green. Greener than the photo!!! Oh dear. But I wore it to do my exercise already. I feel so bright and colourful, just like moss.
I don't have anything in mind to buy today. But I did see a cute t shirt I'm thinking of getting for Nicko. Hrmz. Will think about it in the movie.
Oh oh, what was I gonna say...I forgot...my senility is growing and I'm only 19. Or is it 20. No wait. Definitely 19.
Anyway, if I remember I'll spill my guts later.
On a side note, me n me mum had a drive to where we used to live back in the day, in Thornlie. The place is so disgusting and trashy now. Completely white trash. The tenants have chopped off the trees. How dare they!? Those fuckers. Don't they know about global warming.
Other than that, this feeling of nostalgia washed over me. It was very strange. And a lil sad. I wonder when I move to Sydney if Perth is just gonna be one big nostalgic place.
Although I've made a mark in Perth. I remember when I was in primary school my design for a tile got chosen to be put near the streets of Spencer in Langford. And it's still there. It's a colourful birdy. On another note, I wrote my name on one of those tiles at the bell tower too. So I've made my mark more than once I suppose.
Well anyway I'm off to Carousel with mum to window shop. Then back home before Ange picks me up to go to Garbo. Yay for fun filled days.
-.- < Tuesday, July 3, 2007 > -.-
Yesterday was a fun filled day of karaoke.
First I started the day with some Viet food at Viet Hoa. Some egg noodles with wantons and fresh durian juice. MMM nummy.
Then met up with Kath and Shirley and had a nice gossip session.
Then pictures at time zone.
Then we met with Alan and Jase and headed off for some fun fun fun karaoke. With classic songs from the likes of Britney Spears and Backstreet Boys.
Shaun came along too about midway.
Then at 6 or so we all went off our separate ways.
Well that's it from me enjoy your day guys!
-.- < Sunday, July 1, 2007 > -.-
I'd punch ya cuz its the first day of the month, but I'm too nice for that. Maybe..
I came up with some new drawings. Designed some jeans. I call it the diamond skinny.
other than that this week i dont have work at all so im gonna go watch some movies. Pretty psyched to be able to do nothing at all.
Yeah I know I haven't updated for awhile but I've been "busy" (aka lazy). I've had to work on the weekend. It's been "thrilling". I went shopping today though. Got me some new jeans, new PJ sweater dress, its really nice pale pink and feels like cashmere. And a little miss sunshine t shirt. Its so bright and yellow, it makes me happy. And I got 3x tees for Nick and a hoodie as well.
Tomorrow is another shopping day with Kath and Shirley, I don't really have anything in mind, but I'm sure I'll find something ;)
Ya know what? I think I'd make a fantastic personal shopper. I mean I can charge a lot less than the ones in Westfield (I think she charges $100 above for an hour, and $125 for every hour after that) or I'll just open up shop and scout out some key pieces from stores here and there. And in my mind, lots of people will come! (by appointment of course, its a personal consultation thing) and I'll charge a $10 surcharge fee. Yay for profits.
Well that's enough about me? How are your holidays going?

im bored of IM.
-.- < Sunday, June 3, 2007 > -.-
Yesterday was a great day, filled with food, sunshine and games.
So first of all there's Kath to thank for that. Her BBQ was a huge success. The food was great, (those wagon wheels are the shiznit) and the people were fun. Thank god for no party poopers. All in all a fantastically fun and awesome day.
Wink murder is actually more fun than I thought, obviously my winking is getting better, seeing as I can kill so many people before Caroline guessed it was me :D HAHA.
Seesaws were great, til the lil kids pointed out that we were "grown-ups". Yes thank you for telling us that fact you little ****er.
Making Kath hit the Pinata was fun too, however did not see the dog poo near it. That could've been disastrous. Shirley did a great job on it, lots of good stuff like marshmallows and lychee jelly. However that jelly obviously did not hold real well being whacked again and again with a golf club.
In any case, I hope she likes our present (Me, Alan, Shirley, Dan and Jase that is) it's the best one out of all of them. Har Har Har.
On a different note, today marks a special day and for that big hugs and kisses to Nick. However this does not resemble my day in any way. I'm going to work as usual. Niss is poor and needs the money.
That's all for now, Toodle-oo everyone. Make like the sun and shine. :)
Number 8
Not sure why she's always playing the supporting actress role, but Meagan Good is smoking HawT. First saw her in D.E.B.S i think, or you got served, but it doesn't matter. She is hot. Her best feature would be her lips but the bod isn't too bad either, what with her super cool abs. So now let's revel in the beauty that is Meagan Good.
-.- < Monday, May 21, 2007 > -.-
I'd like to stray away from the topic of my top 10 for now, and just blog about something else. Granted, I will come back to it, I know how much the guys love pictures of half naked laydeez.
It has come to my realisation that people change. I mean it never struck me that obviously before, but it just so happens that today I had this feeling, that uni life just wasnt the same anymore. People have moved on. Some of them are graduating soon, and people are working really hard. I mean props to them.
But somehow uni is now less exciting. People have boyfriends and girlfriends now, they have job applications, they have jobs, they're looking forward to the future.
Where do I stand in all of this?
I'm a lil unsure myself.
I'm neither graduating soon, nor am I busy with job applications. I'm glad I have nick, but he's not always here. It just feels like I'm out of the loop a lil bit, I now have less time to spend with my friends, less financial resources, which amounts to me working more, like friday saturday and sunday.
I'm not usually such a downer, but I guess I'm feeling a lil burnt out, much like you guys.
Maybe I need to change.
How to change?
I'm thinking after my assignments I want to catch up with ALL my friends. Especially after exams. I'm gonna call everyone up. Go out either just with them, talk and have fun. I'd really like that.
The other change I was thinking was maybe to my image. The homebody thing just isn't working anymore. I'm boring. People don't like me for me. Thats stupid.
What I need is a bad ass tattoo. Piercings. Extensions.
Although maybe what I really need is a holiday. That or a new job. Or Nick.
It's funny when he didnt have a job, I could talk to him almost any time, now I have to wait til after 3 pm. :P
On the third it'll be our sixth anniversary. What are we doing then you ask?
Well I'll be working or doing nothing.
It's funny how people can celebrate their anniversaries on a monthly basis, but I don't even celebrate it with him on our 6th year.
Maybe tomorrow I'll do Number 8. Look out for that one.
-.- < Friday, May 18, 2007 > -.-
Number 9
The new face of Mango, Milla Jovovich is hawt. The love for her grew from her starring role as Alice in Resident Evil. Her repertoire has included being the face of L'Oreal amongst other blockbusters. Even though she's often typecasted into the buttkicking girl role, she's a perfect match for it.

[Sneaky Sound System - Pictures]
Number 10 - Warning Nudity Ahead
The shining model of mac in an oversized martini glass, Dita Von Teese the burlesque model and ex wife of Marilyn Manson is both eccentric and sexy. Most of the time wearing corsets, lingerie and stockings and portraying the image of the fifties. She's my number 10. Maybe it's more the lingerie, and the colour than anything else which fools me but i think her body is none too shabby. HOWEVER, here's where I'm unsure. This is the nitty gritty of the issue.
Are her boobs real?
Judge for yourself.
I don't know these things.
Well I'm out for now, wait for number 9. Hopefully this wasn't too much nudity for the readers :P but you guys demanded top 10. So this is as truthful as it gets.
this random photo post will tide you guys over. haha. talk about lazy huh.
Poll time. You guys can decide my next entry
1. Into Nissa's closet, watch me scour through clothes.
Possibly ones that will be put up on ebay in the near future as trash. I mean one person's trash is another's treasure right? Well, possibly.
2. Shoe Fetish anyone? a collection of definitely more than twenty. POssibly less. Though possibly more.
3. Random photos.
4. Top ten hottest girls. In my mind.
5. Why sailor moon is so cool. Yes that's right Jase.
No response means no posts for awhile. Har har. U guys know how lazy I get. So no replies no posts. I need more than 3.

[Justin Timberlake - Chop Me Up]
Happy Anzac Day, whatever that means, all I know is that I get a day off.
So like I know I said photos, but Nick has been lazy about sending them. And I'm lazy to put them up, I think the most efficient way is to put them up on friendster or my space, then you guys can go look yourself.
Yesterday Kath and I saw stomp the yard, which was really different to what we thought it'd be, I had visions in my mind of black guys doing breakdancing. But the reality is they were step dancing. If you haven't seen it, well I'm not gonna recommend it, just in case you guys think its crap, but it is different. The dancing is pretty good still.
On monday we went shopping. We were at the Revlon counter for so long, we were asked if we needed help like 5x. Then we didnt buy anything cuz we couldnt decide which to get, they were all so cute and kinda expensive.
At the moment, I'm thinking about the nail polish in steel-etto, and the sugar sugar stuff, but also possibly diamond lust eyeshadow.
Scary lift moment ever last night, (due to our laziness, we didnt want to take the stairs) so we got into the lift, and it was shaking and like u can hear *boom boom boom* all the way down to the basement. We were like KYAAA... too much stomp the yard! But nothing happened. THANK GOD.
I'll put up all the purikuras we took in Sydney though, for those who haven't seen it. I know Kath and Shirley have at least.
Does anyone (who is good at html) wanna help me make a new layout?
This post was regarding thursday.
I just wish that people who have sex in the uni toilets, have the decency to throw their used disgusting condoms in the bin.
I mean Please people. Is it that hard to get out of that cubicle, I mean I know post sex you might like to bask in the afterglow within the smelly toilet. BUT COME ON! leaving the condom on top of the toilet, where the flush button is, that people have to push is PRETTY DISGUSTING.
This is me, inside the toilet:
"Hmm, there's some sort of rubber thing on top, it looks gross, has white stuff in it."
One minute Later.
OMG!!! *RUNS OUT OF TOILET TO WASH HANDS*
-.- < Wednesday, April 18, 2007 > -.-
So like I'm back from my holiday. I know I haven't been updating, but on holidays internet is a very rare thing.
I don't remember what we did consequentially but I'll just give a broad outline.
We had pizza at Gourmet Pizza Kitchen, which was awesome, cuz we had the normal pizza with lots of awesome things in it like sundried tomatoes, mushrooms and other stuff, and then we had the dessert pizza which was even awesomer, cuz it had like caramelised banana and ice cream.
We went shopping on Pitt St. I bought a pair of shoes from Zomp. Nick bought me a pair of shoes from Scooter too. I bought a pair of white boots. Oh and a pair of pink air force ones from Hype. I think that was all the shoes I bought or had bought for me. (not including the Fiorelli ones Nick already got me)
Oh yeah when he picked me up at the airport. A bouquet of red roses. And then the day after I saw Lucy, he whipped out another bouquet of red roses. Aw, niss is spoiled.
But I bought us some cupcakes, the pink was strawberry and the green was mint, it was great, so I picked him up from work and had cupcakes waiting at home. But then he made me tea :)
Oh oh Krispy Kremes in the morning was great, it was freshly made and was still hot. Now that's something everyone should have.
Okay my trip was not all about food and shoes, I bought my tokidoki bag too, the one with the pirates. And a cute trench. And a bomber jacket...
Then like we went to Sydney Aquarium on my last day. It was so calm. And my favourites were... the baby blowfish, the luminescent jellyfishies, the big sharks, the stingrays, the starfishes, the sea cucumbers, the TURTLES!!! Okay so like, I liked everything, and kept squealing to Nick and dragging him along to see everything. Oh and let's not forget the seals! I'll post up pictures later.
We also went to have dinner with Nick's parents. Plus 1 and 2 maybe 4. That was including, his grandparents, uncle and his daughter. Yep memorable. We ate at the Last Train To Bombay. So guess what sorta food it was?
Yep. Indian. This is what I was thinking.
"So outta my comfort zone right now."
But it was good. My soon to be mother in law and dad gave us (or me rather) money to go eat at Sydney tower.
Which is what we did the next night. I think. We had buffet, and the restaurant was revolving, so the view was pretty incredible with all the lights. Granted I would've preferred a la carte, because it was heaps crowded.
Nick made up for it, with taking me to the Shangri-La for buffet Lunch. That was amazing. The sushi chef was pro. The dessert table had a chocolate fountain and masses of strawberries, and there was macaroons too.
Also I saw the other important person in Sydney. Lucy. We took heaps of sticker photos, and had dessert at passion flower which did really good black sesame ice cream and mochi. We saw her again coupla days after on Friday night, we had dinner at this take out place, the wait was like 20 - 30 minutes. Majorly cramped, but the food there is amazing. Then we walked around in Chinatown, and Nick got me a necklace at one of the stalls. We also bought fairy floss and we just shared it. Then we went karaoke, it was fun. Oh and then games after at Galaxy world, more sticker fotos and some time crisis, oh and Daytona. But that was bad, cuz it was like advanced and lasted for like TWENTY frikkin laps, and like I was so nervous cuz I think it was a buncha drunk guys were right behind us wanting to play, and they were so loud, and they kept goin "ey ey lookit this girl drive mate.." or whatever and were mocking my crappy driving skills. The more nervous I got the more I crashed and burned. So I was like sitting so close to the screen, and gripping the wheel so hard. :(
Nick went to work for like 3 days, so I did the commendable thing and caught up on 6 hours worth of lectures, and 3 books worth of research plus the reader for that particular week.
Oh another big thing was we went to the Easter show, but since Nick has a problem with heights, we didn't go on any of the rides. But he did win me a lion plushie. (Actually he won me a frog too, but he was scary, so I left him in the hotel). I wanted a powerpuff girls showbag, but I couldn't find it. *shrug* oh well
On one really nice day we went to the Chinese Gardens too. That's always a favourite. There was this really funny bird. It was a normal black and white one. But like it wouldn't fly off even while I was standing really close to it, and like I wanted a photo with it, so I inched closer and closer, but he kept walking away, and he did this really funny thing where he was poking at the ground and walking around in lil circles. It was so cute.
Oh oh we also played tennis but it was overkill when we went ice skating straight after at night. It was a 7 o clock to 9 o clock session. I suck so much, but I got a lil better. My arms and legs hurt so much after though. It was just dumb. Dumb but fun. Cuz we warmed up with Krispy Kremes and coffee.
Nick got me a lindt bunny for easter. I still have it. Cuz I can't finish it. So... much... chocolate...
So I guess that's it. Wasn't it a nice long post everyone?
If you guys still have exams good luck. But I'm done. Tonight is dedicated to 70 lines of latin translation for me. Ta ta

[Snow Patrol - Hands Open]
BOOTS.
I want em.
People are probably tired of listening to me yak on about the Robert Robert (pronounced Rober Rober (dont say roberT roberT - Bob Bob is also unacceptable) boots. The ones I want look piratey with straps and a buckle in grey leather. It's so fucking hot. It can't be more in right now. Not only is it a mid calf boot (decided ankle boots wouldn't last me that long, seeing as its probably only a trend for this season) its in winter's it colour. Gray.
Also saw a great pair of RMK black leather boots, unfortunately they were slip ons. And cuz I'm so frikkin retarded I don't deal well without zips. They were on sale too at DJs from 250 to like 100.
That's really all I got to say for the moment.
-.- < Friday, March 30, 2007 > -.-
On Wednesday I spent up a whole lotta dollars, and now I ain't got any money but at least I got a cute long cardi in baby pink, which I already wore yesterday, and two basic long sleeve tops in creme and purply grey. Kath and I were determined not to come out empty handed. Okay so empty handed didn't necessarily mean spending up over 100 bucks... but.. that's just the way it goes >< but we got a free top. and perrier water...Where's my free red bull I say!
My cravings for red bull has led me to ask gran to buy some from the supermarket. And she got me 3 cans. Oh my wonderful red bull.
So like, last night had dinner at City Garden with the family. I'm still so full, and its the next morning. Granted I shouldn'tve ate like a piggy. Hmm.. what a good point.
My dad said he will buy me a new fone. All the subtle hints worked! (e.g:
N: "Dad look at my phone, I have to use my old nokia again, my pink one broke down"
D: "Okay then, what phone do you want?")
I didn't get my Tokidoki Pirate bag though *cries* I was so disappointed. *sniffle* I will get it somehow. I know there's a Lesportsac store in Sydney, so I'm gonna go SCOUT.
I have to go to work today again. *BIG SIGH* for 9 hours. Unbelievable... Where's my break huh? WHERRREEEEE????
Maybe I'll look and see if there are any cute shoes I can buy. That should be exciting. I wanna see more boots arrive. Not a big fan of carrying the boxes though, last time I had to carry like 4 boxes of boots and they're so massive I was tottering. ^^;;
-.- < Saturday, March 24, 2007 > -.-
*eats ice cream*
*nuzzles the tub*
*points to it* this stuff is the best
Yeah the point of this post is to tell you guys just how good baskin robbins is. It's my fave since like I was 5, unfortunately the store in the city closed. So to prevent the other ones closing (the ones that I know of (carousel, vic park)) buy some ice cream. 24th of March is officially Support Baskin Robbins day.
So like yesterday I went on that excursion, started at 9, I mean it was fascinating to hear the history of northbridge, but when we finished at 1, I had several hours to burn. Went to catch the bus, waited awhile but have obviously missed it.
Then I met Yen at Sportsgirl, So I hung out with her for like an hour and a half, she was probably tired of me after awhile... but i stuck to her like gloo! HAHAHA!
She helped me find a really cute grey sweater dress. She shud be a personal shopper. I told her I wanna be a trend bitch, and just be a sheep and wear what everyone else is gonna be wearing. (the whole-grey-sweater-dress,-opaque stockings-and-black-ankle-boots thing) but I got one better, the grey sweater dress doubles as a wraparound. But because it had a massive slit, I had to get a slip with it. So i bought a patterned dress that was on sale at Jeanswest.
Next on the list are some stockings and ankle boots. Nick is gonna pick up my Fiorelli shoes today ^^ So I can cross two things on my shopping list.
Next up are like I said ankliez, then lacoste shoes, scooter shoes, adidas sneakers, trench coat, new jeans and a major buy, A new mobile...Not sure how I'm gonna afford that last one. But maybe if dad is gna come here.. he can go mobile shop with me >_>
-.- < Sunday, March 18, 2007 > -.-
Sorry about my absence. Haven't found much to blog about lately. I've decided that I've got a problem. I'm a spendthrift. And to prove my point, I'm so hung up about this one Fiorelli shoe, that now when they don't have my size anymore in WA, I'm gonna put it on hold in NSW, then get Nick to pick it up for me. Tell me. Is this a problem?
In addition, I've spotted a brand spanking new Lacoste shoe that I adore but I need to get two pairs for the second pair at 50% off that I'm prepared to get this other snakeskin and black patent sachi shoe just to take advantage of the sale.
Well good news anyhow, my dad got me this River Island top that I liked on their website. He went to Dubai so I listed all the River Island stores in Dubai for him and sent him an email attachment. Once again let me ask you, do I have a problem?
Really, let me know.
On a different note, I'm so psyched to get to Sydney. Yay for the easter show. Yay for easter bunnies. and Yay for a break without work or uni to think about. Yay all around.
Oh dear I'm so burnt out with catching up on uni work and going to work Fridays and weekends. I'm ready to collapse. Then just hibernate. Like a bear. Occassionally eating then going back to my cave.
-.- < Wednesday, March 7, 2007 > -.-
I have set my sights on new bags from Lesportsac. I'm not sure why I love Lesportsac so much, but their new spring collection by tokidoki is just too darn kyoote. So I know what daddy should be getting me from Dubai. In fact I like the white one and the Pirata pattern. Plus this other funky zebra one with yellow contrast piping.
However I'm still hung up about my Louis Vuitton bag. I haven't got over it yet. It's like one really bad relationship, you think it should be over and you need to get over it, but you just keep thinking about it. And let's be realistic here people, I'm talking about a bag. Much better than boys.
There are a couple of things I want of late, like new Bvlgari sunnies. Preferably the ones with the flower diamonds on the side. Nah it's not real diamonds, but at 800 bucks for some sunnies, they should be.
The other thing I've been hankering for is a Juicy Couture watch. I showed my dad, I think he's forgotten, (note to self: remind dad) it has a pink skinny band, with a gold crown and the watch face on the bottom of the crown. It's different and oh so cute.
However. Seeing as I already have a functional watch that I paid 300 bucks for, I really shouldn't be looking at other watches. But that was like weeks ago, a girl's gotta have new bling periodically.
The next thing I'm looking forward to. A dress Nick said he'd get me. Teehee. One thing a girl definitely needs is a Sugar Daddy.

Sorry about the lack of updates, seeing as I just got back yesterday morning, and totally jetlagged.
Decided I'd put up some of my pictures, there's more to go on the other camera but gran can't find her USB cable. So the pics of the eiffel tower can wait.
Nothing really much to tell you guys. First of we had like a 12 or 13 hour transit in HK airport, and my brother refused to get a hotel, so we spent the night at the airport, (and shops closed at 12 right?) I slept on the couches. It wasn't great. I didn't have my security blanket :(.
Got to Heathrow, completely packed over there, and we didn't find our free hotel transfer, so we took a taxi thinking at most itd be 30 quid. (Which is equivalent to about 60 to 70 AUD) but we were so wrong, when it came to about 63 quid. Yes we paid about 150 aud for a taxi. The jackass dropped us off at the wrong hotel too.
The day after got a coach to Dover which is the port and we took a ferry to Callais, France. A picture of me on the ferry is up on friendster.
When we got to Callais, another coach took us to our first stop which was Belgium. I think... Getting to Brussels was a long long journey. But the countryside was breathtaking, and it looked even better covered in snow. The best rest stop I had was in belgium when I saw snow, for like the second time in my whole life, and I was like twirling outside in the car park looking like a complete idiot. (no pictures of that I'm afraid).
Arrived at Brussels at night, which is too bad, had a tour of it, and went down to the pub (it was included in the tour). This is what I had.
Visited luxembourg the next day. Not much to see there. Got some gloves, and it was a very good buy if i do say so myself.
Then finally arrived at Lucerne, Swiss. I have more pics to come for that. But here are some in the mean time.
Me and gran at the stone lion. Can you see a pig?
The next day was a trip up the alps. And was my biiiirrrttthhhdaayyyy. Nick called me on the mobile. Twas probably one of the great days of the tour. I saw thick blankets of snow in Engelberg. And I did snow everything. Snow Angels, Snow Man, Snow Fights, Snow eating... yeah... that last one... didn't really happen........maybe...
My swiss souvenir was a Tissot watch which was like $300 bucks, and I wonder where my money went. Tsk.
Then we were off again, crossing Liechtenstein. Here's another photo.
"will you be my valentine Mr. Deer?"
Tis a funny looking tree no? I bet uve never seen a tree like that :P
Then at night arrived in Innsbruck, Austria. Before we even got to the hotel, the tour guide was like, we're gonna make a stop, okay never mind the fact that it was NIGHT TIME and it was FREEZING, and I needed to pee. She wanted us to see some golden roof. So i was like "This had better be the best goddamn roof I've ever seen." And guess what? You'd think it would be. And it wasn't. When I got there I was like "THAT'S *IT*?!" it was roof of some balcony for some prince or something. Who the hell cares. Just cause its covered in some sort of gold leaf, it wasn't worth the cold. And i had to pay 2 euros, which is like 4 bucks to use the McDonald's toilet (okay it wasn't compulsory for 2 euros, but both me n gran were going but the standard fee was only 30 cents, but I didn't see the sign, so I just gave the man whatever I had.) Though it makes you appreciate the smaller things in life though. Like free public toilets, and free McDonald toilets.
So like, that wasn't the only bad thing, got to the hotel and it was like shite. Really old and crappy.
Anyway next day, set off to Venice. It was pretty boring, just walking around all day. The sergio rossi store was my highlight, one of the few shoe stores that are like the holy grail of shoe stores.
Next day went to Rome, via Assisi. Great basilica. Bought a lil cross as a souvenir. Have a photo but stomach looks poochy since i put something in my pocket. So you can't see it.
Got to Rome, at night we had dinner and went to the Trevi, it was pouring, but here's a photo.

This picture proves how crappy my gran's picture taking is. SHE CUT OFF MY HEAD!!! Along with the Trevi fountain!
The next day went to the Vatican. It was cold and wet, but we were first in line. Another picture?
I look like a drowned rat. Completely gross, thanks to no umbrella. Sistine Chapel was great though, one of my favourite places of the whole tour, I even bought the book. Michelangelo is my hero.
Then it was off to Fiorenze, or you might know it as "Florence" at first me n gran wandered around, there was a leather factory that doubled up as a big big store, but it was crap. So we wandered the alleyways, and nothing. I sat on the bench and thought "this is a really crappy town". Then they got us together, and brought us to another square. Where ALL the stores were. Then it was fantastic, and when the local tour guide finally shut up, and I was cut loose (big mistake) I was on a hunt. For STUFF!
So like I've told Kabby, I don't to shop that often, so when they give us time I bulk buy. So I bought some stuff for people, and 2x necklaces for me.
Next morning, off to Piza. The almighty leaning tower. They say one day it will fall. Crash and burn. S too bad. It was a nice tower.
Then it was off to the French Riviera, where we went to a perfume factory called Fragonard. I bought two lil teeny bottles of perfume, one called Eclat and the Other Baroque. Eclat is marshmallowey n yummy, whereas baroque is different.
The next day it was Lyon. Was mostly on the coach though, and I don't think Lyon was that great. We caught the train as a group to the city center but it wasn't great. There was some ferris wheel. Which was pleasant.
We passed Beaune the next day, a lil town, and then we arrived In Paris. More pics to come still.
Shopping in Paris was great, I spent most of my time in Lafayette. Unfortunately, even though I had queued up at Louis Vuitton, my silver bag was nowhere to be seen. Apparently they have a waiting list for it, but by the time I got there they've discontinued it anyway. Those Fuckers. I said to my personal shopper, thanks but no thanks. (to all the other bags he offered me).
Went back to the group, and we hit the hotel. The next day it was off to the setting of Marie Antoinette. The castle of Versaille. It was so good, every room gilded in gold and beautiful chandeliers dripping off the ceiling. Lots of self portraits, those old guys mustve been pretty narcissistic.
Got the rest of the afternoon free, while everyone went back to the hotel, me n gran hit the shops some more, I didn't buy anything the previous day so I bought a Dior necklace the next day, and a pink bag. There was other stuff too, but I don't quite remember. Was contemplating buying rock & republic or true religion jeans, but was too slothlike to try them on.
Then it was back to Callais on the ferry back to Dover, and the next two days was spent in London. We did a bit of sightseeing. I saw the Big Ben. Yes big whoop.
On the way at Hyde Park, the pigeons were really fat so I had to take a picture to show you guys, if I just told you, you wouldnt believe me.
There was no more tour in London, so over 2 consecutive days I just shopped til I dropped. My fave was Gap. Really nice clean cut pieces. Topshop was a madhouse, I've never been to shop that full of people, you literally had to shove people outta the way. My elbow was definitely put to good use there. :D
That's all from me. Til next time.
im gonna be negative just this once, so feel free to read or exit. i've had it with some of the older ladies in shoes, ones whose name is two letters long, starts with E, and ends with L in particular. Always nagging at me. Just doesn't bloody stop, she doesn't know but I already have a grandma at home, I don't need a grandma wherever I bloody go. I swear if she doesn't stop her nagging (what Noura likes to call "growing old" I prefer calling "growing senile") I would most probably shoot myself. So can somebody like get me a gun please.
It was a much needed relief when I was moved to Lingerie yesterday for the whole day, cuz I just tidied up the racks, and was on the register, and closed it by myself for the first time. Yeah, I was truly proud of myself. :P
I think on a more positive note, I don't like this other lady who's fifty, and is a beeyatch. Her name starts with H, ends with elen. Oh and on a better note I hate this auditor who comes around to the registers but I've blogged about her before. I shall call her the dragon lady. Cuz she breathes fire, and everything turns to dust around her. (slight exaggeration on my part)
Bought doraemon dvds. Need to pay for it still. But pretty psyched to watch it. When I was younger I used to watch it every sunday morning. It was a routine I had.
I wanted a juicy bag, but obviously now I can't afford it with all the dvds I bought. Like sailormoon. I spent about $300 for the whole boxed Japanese uncut set. One my gran paid for, and my mum will give me money too so yeah. I've decided this will never leave the house, will be kept in a nice dry cool place, and won't be lent to anyone. You're free to come watch it at my place :). The box is so pretty.
Mum's agreed to buy me my birthday cake with all my specifications. (I'm very fussy) so I can't wait for my sailor moon ice cream cake.
Leaving on Saturday, so I'm excited about that. My dad is arriving the day after tomorrow to help us get to the airport and stuff. I hope he brought me back nice stuff.

God, I'm so sorry peeps about the lack of updates. Yesterday after my short 4 hour shift at work, went to Ciao Italia with Whyeleen, Lisa and Noelle. The pizza was great, but as you all know i have a *BIG* thing for pizzas. The tortellini, omg, YUM. It was great, and we had dessert too. MMM AFTER DINNER MINT. Then because we were so stuffed we went down to the park for a walk. Memorable highlights from there, was bothering this couple who were sitting near the water, playing on the lil horsy see saw and doing jumping jacks, but that was just me on my own. >_>
Life has been good. I've received all the ebay items i bid on earlier. Now I'm expecting more to arrive within these next few days. There's a bag that I'm expecting, and 6 Sailormoon dvds. I can't ebay anymore than that though, seeing as I will be leaving on the third, and there will be no one to intercept my deliveries. :(
I've decided to go on a lax diet, (especially after yesterday's meal, which was pure carbs) and so I've skipped breakfast this morning :)
Y'all have a good day now.

[Evermore - Light Surrounding You]
Stocktake is finally over, and I have to say in all honesty it was the best stocktake ever, the first night of stocktake I was scheduled for bedlinen, and that was so nice, all the apn's were ready for scanning and the bedlinen were lined up in a row, we finished that one quite quickly. The second night of stocktake all I did was reticket stuff for the most part, and I didn't have to redo any of my fixtures, and the third night I was scanning confectionery which was relaxing and easy, then kid's clothes which was even easier, and then I was a checker after that. Which was cruisy, cuz I was with Sonja, and her boy Jamie took care of any screw ups we found.
I've decided no more ebaying for awhile, it's definitely time to save up. So no more shopping either.
On the note of stuff, I wanna thank Lisa and Noelle for the wonderful bday pressie they got me, a DJ's make up kit, and I started playing with it when I got home. I offered free makeovers to family members, but they graciously declined. So I huffed away.
This was me after experimenting with the stuff on myself. Teehee. S' too bad you can't really see the green eyeshadow.
Today was a disaster, no dim sum places was open, it pissed me off, but whatever. In the end we settled for Jade. It was nice. Not bad at all.
Karaoke afterwards. Bring it all back was definitely the "it" song for me, and I sung it in the shower too afterwards. Na Na Na Na Na Na...

[Gwen Stefani ft. Akon - The Sweet Escape]
So anyway, I won my bags, the ones by Lesportsac on ebay. Plus I paid the minimum price cuz no one else bid for it. The Juicy Couture one is still going, it's ending tomorrow. So far the price is $36, from 0.99. Three people were bidding for it. They'll never win it though. Because like i said to Nick:
these hobags think they can come up against me and win?! I don't think so.
Anyway, other than that the other news I'm excited about is flying out to HK with Kath yeahhhh, a buddy on the plane. For that long long flight. On Cathay Pacific. So at least if the entertainment is shit, we can just gossip.
Last night was dinner with the work girls, that was supa fly. We had it at hog's and can u believe I was the only one to get steak. If i had been with uni friends the only meals we would've had wud have been steak ribs and fries. Well I have some photos of the night but i look terrible in them.
That last picture once again proves the point that I'm as stupid as it gets when it comes to picture with big groups. Love y'all. Mwah.
-.- < Wednesday, January 10, 2007 > -.-
My first ebay bids.
I kept thinking about this bag I saw on ebay, a very lovely LeSportsac Bag, with a print of Alice in Wonderland, and I figured itd be perfect companion for my travels in Europeland.
My second bid (yes I was on a slight rampage) was a white Juicy Couture bikini. Currently I'm winning both. :) Yay for Juicy Couture. Me *heart* Juicy.
Today I stayed in the reserves all day. I didn't have to deal with customers. But I did have to deal with this annoying, haughty Myer auditor whose name is Maija. (pronounced either mei-ya or mah-ya) but who the fuck cares anyway, a bitch is a bitch. She made me go and get my badge even though I was working in the reserves. She even checked up on me in the reserve (just when i was swearing about her under my breath) and made me go upstairs.
But that's okay, my day perked up much more when I got a free Chanel inimitable mascara. Yay for freebies.
It also improved when I spotted some new boots coming in for the upcoming autumn/winter season. I haven't opened the boxes yet, but I'm definitely psyched, hopefully its as wonderful as those Marc Jacobs boots. (I love it so much but I can't afford it, who the hell pays one grand for a pair of boots???) I'm gonna preview it tomorrow.
It was definitely my day, because I spotted another pair of heels I adored, wait, make that two. One was basque, it was black snake skin heels, and the other was a pair of Sachis, with creme snakeskin on the back and black crisscross patent on the front. Completely loveeee.
I can't buy more shoes yet though, I'm trying to save. But it's so hard. I wonder if daddy will leave me some cash, just cuz he's here right now. He didn't bring me back anything cuz I didn't ask for anything (was very tempted to ask him to get me the escada perfume in sunset heat) just for lipice, so he got me three of those.
So God, if you're listening to me... Please make it rain money. Money or shoes. I'd really like that. And not ugly ones, by which I mean shoes. Thank you God.
-.- < Friday, January 5, 2007 > -.-
Yesterday I had the most emotionally draining experience for awhile (since that time I lost 7 pages of work)
There was this lady, at first she goes to me, "I want the other side to this shoe", so I took the right shoe and went to find the box. But the box was missing, so I looked for a whole 15 minutes, and I go back out and tell her that someone must have sold odd pairs of shoes. I went back to have a second look, the closest thing was a size 10.5. So I ask her if she wanted to try it on, but then the right shoe of the 10.5 was missing, but she insisted on trying both on, one right shoe in a 10, one left shoe in a 10.5. So I let her, then she goes they're a good fit, I'll take them.
The "nice" part of the story comes to a screeching halt here, because I tell her that she can't just buy an odd pair of shoes. Then she goes to me:
"Well obviously somebody's already sold odd pairs of shoes"
I tell her if we realise they're odd, we can't sell it to her. I suggested we call up other stores to see if they had it. Stores in Perth I meant. She goes okay, call Karrinyup, so I did, and they didn't have it. So I asked her should I check the other stores, and she goes no, because the other ones are far away. So I ask her if she wanted them transferred over to the Perth store, but she said she's leaving on Tuesday for a wedding in Melbourne. I profusely apologised about it, I said "I'm so sorry about this" and did you know what she muttered to her friend?
"Like sorry is going to make things okay."
I was so hurt. She hurted my feelings. I was trying so hard to get her a pair of shoes that she wanted to match her dress.
In the end a colleague of mine called Peter came to the rescue and looked up size 10s in any other stores on the computer. He said there was several at Garden City. Then she-devil goes:
"That's miles away, I live up north."
But what I don't understand is that if she wanted them so badly, she can always drive over there somehow right? You could even bus it there if you wanted to.
She complicated the whole thing with wanting to take the 10 and 10.5 upstairs to try on with her dress. In the end we let her do that, and told her to come back with the shoes after. Then Peter put a pair of shoes on hold for her at Melbourne and she can buy it there.
What a fugly fat fsychotic bitch. It was so hard not to just throw the fucking fone at her fucking face.
-.- < Thursday, January 4, 2007 > -.-
Went to the beach on Monday.
I'm not tan no. Just still me, lathered on a great big dollop of sunscreen everywhere on me.
Alan decided to dig a great big hole, and Josh decided to help him out. Two complete nutters. Then some guy came along and goes, what're you doing, and they decided to have a hole digging race. Hmmm...
Meanwhile I started on my own project. Making a Sand Angel.
Unfortunately it didn't turn out too good, as the sand was too dry, and all I got was sand on my back, EVERYWHERE.
GAH. I'll have to do it properly with snow, maybe when I'm in Swiss or Austria later on.
New Year's Eve was sort of memorable, with Sally brightening up the late arvo as the sun was sinking.
SuperSal and I went to have dinner at Sorrento's and we js had a good talk and watched the Marching Band, which played some really good tunes.
Then we had ice cream. I like ice cream. *smiles*
Other than that Angela and I saw Marie Antoinette on Tuesday. It was quite good, colourful costumes, cakes and big bouffant hair. My favourite. Except her hubby was gay. And angela decided to ruin the facade by telling me their heads got chopped off.
Then back to work on yesterday, but my contract finishes this week. I still get shifts though, so it's not that bad. I couldn't find this shoe for a lady, and it was on my conscience the whole night. I found the left shoe and the box, but the right shoe was nowhere to be seen. I'm on a mission to find it today.
Also at work, there's a certain girl whose name starts with N who everybody hates (no its not me, cuz everyone loves Niss), and here are the things we hate about her.
1. She smells (apparently this is really true, because someone at work nearly fainted when she lifted up her arms)
2. She calls *ME* "excuse me" and she's been there for like 2 or 3 weeks, can't she learn my name, after all I learnt hers, and she's my junior, I've been there LONGER! (Admittedly for the first week, I referred to her as the Indian girl)
3. She's always asking for the time, (and when I told her the time yesterday, that it was a quarter past 11, she goes "oh you mean, its 11:45?")
4. Always asking for help but never says thank you.
5. Kinda dumb to be honest.
And the most awkward thing is, she lives one street away from me and we sometimes catch the same bus. The good thing is, she doesn't try to sit next to me. But the annoying thing is, on this one morning, she decided to talk on the phone for the whole way REALLY LOUDLY. And her voice is like nails on a blackboard okay?
Speaking of buses, yesterday, I was going home, sitting on the bus, with this Chink lady in front of me, and she started eating McNuggets. Now there's three things wrong with this scene:
1. The most obvious being, you're not allowed to eat on the stupid bus, and she didn't eat her nuggets dry, she had it with the sauce as well.
2. Her ass was fat.
3. This one is the worst one, her mcnuggets was making me hungry, and my tummy rumbled all the way home :( I was actually fine before she started eating.
Although everything else in my life is sunny side up.
I still have my packing to do, you know how excited I get about packing ^^. Thooper - Dooper excited. I'm leaving on February 3rd for those of you who would like to know, and coming back on the 20th of February. 6 days before uni starts again. Bummer.
I'll be spending my birthday over there, but I guess I won't be doing anything special, maybe I'll get some macaroons from LaDuree in Paris, I heard it was really quite good.
I'm not planning to buy anything real big in Europe, just lil trinkets for myself, and for other people. Cuz I'm nice and I get people souvenirs. Teehee. My friend already ordered a snowglobe.
I guess that's all from me for now. Tata Laydeez.

[Mariah Carey - All I Want For Christmas Is You]
Sorry about the lack of updates once again.
The only eventful thing was quite awhile ago when I got to see Anita. We had dinner at Sorrentos and bubble tea afterwards at Utopia. That was actually the day after work dinner.
Now, I'd like to take the time out to wish everyone a merry christmas. You know the usual stuff.
Mum got me a Peter Alexander nightie, that's that pink thing, and a weekly pack of Peter Alexander undies. Plus a voucher from DJs.
BRo got me the spirited away and Shrek dvds.
Then the Myer voucher is from gran.
That's it basically. Dad already got me the Lesportsac bag. Speaking of bags, I'm planning to buy an LV bag from Paris, but it's not a definite yet. If I decide not to, the replacement will probably be a Juicy Couture bag.
Other than that, I've basically done 75% of my packing for Europe. I'm not planning to buy any clothes really, so I'm bringing most of my winter wardrobe with me. I'm just gonna buy lil trinkets from flea markets. I'm not really big on souvenir stuff. But maybe some unique jewellery would be great.
Pretty soon it'll be my traditional blog post, the new year's resolution post. Just wait for it guys. You know what that's like.
I have some plans already, but I'll share it later on.
I need to get a new jacket a nice thick one for winter in Europe. If you guys see any nice ones hit me up on here.
Tomorrow is happy feet day, I'm so excited. I'm previewing my Lesportsac bag as well. ;) Be there or be square guys!

[Jojo - The Way You Do Me]
Anyway continuing from my rant now that I'm back from garbo (and no I didn't get anything).
OOh have you guys met MR. BUMP. He's the bumpiest thing ever. Here he is.
I keep him stored in the fridge and he keeps me cool during the day. :)
So anyway, yesterday, picked dad up from the airport, got my Lesportsac bag (gorgeous) and an electronic dictionary, it does not only English and Japanese but also Chinese and Indonesian. Yeah it's pretty good. He also got me a yellow Hard Rock cafe t shirt, a necklace thingy and a comic which I've already finished reading.
Then at night, well it wasn't actually dark even, me n the work girls from shoes had dinner at the moon cafe. It was heaps of fun actually. There was only like eight of us, it was me, Yvonne, Addie, Kylie, Anthea, Jacinta, Emily, Eden and Susan. No wait that's 9 people... There are some photos here.
First picture, left to right in all of these, Emily, Kylie and Eden.
Second picture, Jacinta, Susan and Emily
Third picture, Yvonne and Addie
Fourth picture, Kylie and Anthea.
None of me really, cuz I basically ruin every picture by being retarded.
So it was most definitely a fun night, me N Anthea shared a chicken pizza and chips with Aioli and sweet chilli. Then I got pop rocks from the counter. Afterwards we had ice cream at il Gelato, I had wild cherry. ^^ and the girls were soooo nice to wait up with me til my dad picked me up. Love them to bits.
So that was my night basically in a nutshell, I'm goin out for lunch now, and dinner later on tonight. So i'm definitely looking forward.
Update later, but ta ta for now darlinks.

[Amerie - Take Control]
Sorry about the lack of updates people.
I'll start backwards this time.
On Saturday I met up with Shirley first and we went to Crazy Clarks and had bubble tea. That was fun. Then awhile later we met up with Dan and played this monkey game in EB. I continually lost, when i say I'm not much good at video games, I mean it. Seriously.
Then we waited around for Alan and had "lunch" at the Pancake place at Carillon. Here are some pictures.
That was Shirley and Dan, aren't they so cute? Anyway
Next up is this picture of a couple that me, Shirls and Dan stalked so I could get a good picture of it. Let's just say a picture is worth a thousand words.
Then since I had to grocery shop for gran, and dan had to do some grocery shopping as well we went to Woolies.
So here's a little picture I took.
No longer designated Dan, he is now domesticated Dan.
Anyway, I'll continue my rant after I get back from garbo
catch ya later

[Hark the Herald Angels Sing]
I've been reading quite a few books this holidays, I've just finished one titled "shopaholic ties the knot" which combines my two favourite things together, shopping and weddings. I agreed with the book about finding that guilty pleasure about reading wedding magazines when you're not engaged (without a ring) and attempting to be inconspicuous and disinterested while reading it. But yeah... I don't do that obviously...
The other book I've finished reading I'm not gonna share about. So that's all I'll say about it.
In other news, I've cutted my hair. It's an interesting look. Much shorter than usual. The hairdresser even asked me why I wanted it so short, he was all guys like girls with long hair. Then I was like. Just chop it.
So that was that. Oh just in case I forgot, it is now also jet black.
Omg, reading that book about weddings, has got me thinking about my own future wedding. The important things are already planned of course.
Such as my dress, which will be designed by Alex Perry. No you guys can't have Alex Perry as well. :P I've loved his work even before he was famous. So that's that. Originally I wanted Vera Wang, but I do love supporting Australian designers.
Then the second most important part. Yes you've guessed it. The shoes. You all know my affinity for Christian Louboutin, also have been loving his work before he was famous and all the stars decided to wear his shoes and all the cheaper brand shoes copied his work. Especially his creation of the peeptoe platform shoes with the wooden heel.
The place has also been decided, I've had a special connection with this place in Sydney, at Balmoral. It's a little gazebo by the beach.
The guests: Unsure if I want a big party or a simple wedding party, it's looking like a small one right now, which is not really me. Usually I love all things massive and glitzy, but it really doesn't have much appeal to me for my own wedding.
Flowers: Tossing up between red roses (which is a bit too cliche) or having cherry blossoms everywhere.
Thing is I haven't decided on a colour theme yet which of course the flowers have to match, and I also haven't decided on cake. But I saw pictures of Marnie Skillings' wedding, and she had layers of colourful pastel cupcakes as her wedding cake. I thought that was inspired. But I'm not gonna do that now, that someone's already done it (and has been published in magazines everywhere)
The honeymoon: It's gonna be somewhere in the Italian countryside, or somewhere whitewashed and romantic like Greece, or a deserted tropical beach. But the accomodation it has got to be 5 stars. Niss ain't stayin in some hut yo.
Lastly, (but not leastly) the groom: I don't think I need to tell you who that will be. Let's just say so far we've been together for nearly six years.

[John Legend - PDA]
When my dad comes (which is in 2 days) I'm getting my new Lesportsac bag so I'm pretty chuffed. It's by tokidoki the winter collection. :)
It's gonna be sooooo cute. XD
In other news, since I am now a part timer for the December period I'm working pretty much every day, except for this coming weekend. It's been really busy, but me & Kristel are working together so it's been fun as well. We get our breaks together so we go have food, then on our next break we go window shopping. Like Supre and that. Going to Supre in the city was exciting, granted it wasn't as big as the one in Sydney, which was like 5 floors or something, and each floor was as big as a normal supre. hm. disappointing yes, and none of those sailor t shirts that I've been wanting.
I'm going for a haircut tomorrow, so that's kind of exciting and I've sorta done my Christmas shopping. I got my brother season 1 and season 5 of Family Guy, got mum a Cyndi Lauper CD and a white skirt from Valleygirl. Then for Grandma a cupcake recipe book which was pink and was very cute, and a breadmaker which was hell expensive.
I've bought another pair of shoes recently, they're not really shoes just really nice sandals.
Beautiful in fact and they're silver. I'll be wearing it to uni if the weather is still hot later on. Lately I've only been wearing my black and whites, it's so boring, but pre-stocktake sale, I have to do markdowns so I get to stay in the reserve and wear whatever I want.
Watching Spongebob Squarepants the movie cheered me up this morning, I think I'll get it on DVD.
I'm a goofy goober yeah!
You're a goofy goober yeah!
Were all goofy goobers yeah!
Goofy goofy goober goober yeah!

made a prostitute doll today.
she's earning big bucks. money is falling from the sky and she's pretty happy earning big bucks, being the golddigger that she is. no this doll isn't me, apart from the fact that she's a golddigger. That part is slightly true.
Finally, below is a doll of me. Note the dark denim jeans, the strappy black heels, and bleh my wavy hair.

[Gwen Stefani ft. Pharrell - Yummy]
First of all happy birthday to Angela, who turns 19 today. So yep. Happy happy birthday.
Second of all, what an exciting day, because we got a christmas tree. And I chose all the decorations myself. Plus doing the decoration by myself. I really wanted a white tree, but we got a normal green one. But its okay, it looks nice anyway.
The ornaments are all fuchsia and white or silver. Because that is the theme. But I think next year I'll do something different. Like orange or something.
This is the tree without the lights on, it has about 120 dollars worth of ornaments, plus an approximate of $100 or more of jewellery on it.
You can see the jewellery better here. There's my rose pendant, my earring, my big clear rock of a pendant and shiny earrings more in the background.
This one is the best, its blown glass made in germany and looks soooo good, definitely should've got more.
That's the tree all lit up with fibre optics, when it changes to purple it looks really good.

[Paris - Screwed]
You guys are so lucky, why? Because today you get a preview of my beautiful blue new suede platform heels, which I've just bought today. But I'm definitely luckier cuz I have them, they are either the last pair or the very first pair of the saison, because there was only one and in my size. It was meant to be dah-link!
They were so beautiful I had to take pictures of it.
Im so exhausted, got up at 6 to get to work at 7:30 and worked til 5. Ble.
-.- < Saturday, December 2, 2006 > -.-
Some more pictures up today, this is the last batch cuz I'm too frikkin lazy to post up other ones. This is of our dinner night.
This is happy couple number 1, otherwise known as Whyeleen. This is happy couple number 2, otherwise known as Shirnial. This is happy couple number 3, note the difference between this picture and the picture below.
If you haven't noted the difference yet, the first pic is soberniss, the second pic is tipsyniss.
Wasn't actually that tipsy, I was able to think straight, and proved to Nick I can walk in a straight line. :) So there.
Some of the pictures to accompany yesterday's post. More coming up.
Our lil fridge
Our lil cupboard
Our lil bin
Me making breakfast. (yes that's unbrushed hair, and a sailormoon t shirt I'm wearing)
No need to guess what the breakfast is.
Forcing Nick to take a photo in the bathroom, thus the eerie lighting.

[Sixpence None The Richer - The Ground You Shook]
Sorry for my short hiatus. I've been "away" while my boyfriend was in Perth for his short one week stay. I picked him up with dad, but dad forgot he was supposed to drive to the domestic airport and insisted virgin blue landed at the international airport. *sigh* silly dad. We caught the taxi back to the Criterion where we were staying. Yes we stayed together, its inconvenient for me to go back and forth every night, besides the fact we'd have late dinners and go out to do stuff and all. In my memory things are a bit of a blur, I just remember doing stuff but not really in order.
We had il Padrino's for dinner, but the first time I was sick and it might've been food poisoning, and that was a terrible night for me. However after that we had il Padrino's pizza take away on two other nights, the waitress remembered me. But how hard can it be to remember the asian girl that got sick at the restaurant.
Also on Friday morning, four thirty am to be exact, was woken up by a very drunken alan. Who was spouting rubbish. Something about some hot girl or whatever (but we really know he was at Connections)
I didn't get to club like I wanted to, but I guess at the time it didn't matter, I forgot to bring my ID. I felt much more regretful when everybody else went but also when Kit said "You haven't done anything!"
His meaning of anything, is go clubbing and get wasted.
Yes we met Kit, we said hi to him at Target while he was working, and just for that I bought a massive packet of Maltesers.
The second time was a much more arranged event, with the family joining in on the "fun". That was my dad, my grandma, my brother, Nicholas and I having dinner at Seizan. Wowzers, that was so fun I was just blown out of my mind. Not. Although Dad and Kit saved the night with their chatter, but my grandma... Let's just say the phrase "stone cold silence" doesn't cut the awkwardness.
After my dad said we should go for dessert so we headed to Baskin Robbins, where my gran started opening up more and actually talking, and I managed to have some of my favourite Mint chocolate chip ice cream. This is the best ice cream in the world, no other ice creamery does mint chocolate chip like Baskin Robbins.
Anyway, then we parted ways, and the next day we went to visit my house, also so I can drop off my dirty laundry, nobody was home, but we didn't stay too long. We walked all the way down to Coles Karawara, so we can have chicken rice, but the place was closed, and we had Subway for a second time.
The first time we had Subway we just did a takeaway and ate it at the hotel, while watching a DVD, I don't quite remember which it was because we bought three during that time, one was season 1 of american dad, the second was She's All That. Totally Loved, but a little lame now that I'm in uni, and the last one was Zoolander.
That's right our favourite. Blue Steel. Me and Nick have perfected both Blue Steel and Magnum.
It was during this one week, that we became regulars at our favourite Korean convenience store, which indeed was very convenient for our late night snacking binges. We went there every night except for the last two nights, and in total between the both of us we've bought approximately 6 cup noodles, 8 packets of snacks, and 5 ice creams.
The noodles were convenient for breakfast, but we threw in a bit of variety with breakfast at the hotel's brasserie. You can get a full breakfast there as early as 6:30 am. Eggs and toast sure were good.
My food rant sure isn't over, because we also bought groceries from Woolies, that was kinda our guilty thing, cuz we thought we've had so much junk that we should balance it out with fruit, so we bought watermelon, seedless grapes, strawberries, a mango, fruche, coffee milk and utensils like a knife and a chopping board set and a big bowl to eat on, we had a bet on what the subtotal would be and I said $40 and Nick said $30, initially I so totally won hands down cuz it came to $37, but then Nick goes, you've swiped the cheesecake twice (yes we also bought a frozen dessert) and it came down to about $34. No need to guess who had the closer guess then.
I'll take a break from talking about food, because now you're just going to think we're such piggies, but we're not, cuz we did other stuff. We exercised by walking all the way to the foreshore, and not just like close to us, but all the way down to the area that's still being built up, near the carpark. Down to the start of the CBD. But too tired to walk back to the heart of the town, we bussed it back.
Getting into the city we did some shopping. During the time we had together we did quite a bit of shopping. Nick had to buy a suit for his internship so we were quite busy looking for one, and we found it at RD. We got him a business shirt too, plus a Ralph Lauren polo, shorts and a casual shirt from Esprit. However for myself not as much, but Nick did buy me a shiny necklace to wear for dinner.
And wear it for dinner with Shirnial and Whyeleen at Chanterelle on Jessica I did. Initially I was going to go with crumbed fish with golden chips, just a stupid way of saying fish and chips really, but then I changed my mind and had the salmon, it was quite good but the cabbage wasn't a plus in my books. Do check out Shirley's blog on a more thorough critique on her duck.
Then we headed over to Box, and I ordered a classic martini, big mistake, tastes like bitter soda water. But I insisted on finishing it all and of course when I have a goal I accomplish it. I had a couple of swigs of Nick's beer as well. Shirnial and Whyeleen sure went crazy with the singing and dancing, teehee, but I won't embarass them with the video Nick and I took of them.
Also during this time I've rediscovered an old favourite snack of mine back in the primary school days. Taro fish snack. It's a thing you either love or hate, there are no in betweens. Nick can't eat it, but I ate it anyway. Afterwards he would say;
"I think you need some mints"
I managed to buy that from a convenience store in Northbridge after dinner at Joy Garden. Which was pleasant. We had something or other.
Speaking of Chinese food we had dim sum as well at the Northbridge Chinese restaurants, and it wasn't too bad I ate lots of chicken feet. :D
But for something different, we had Indonesian food at Indonesia Indah, and I ate Satay Padang. It was really good. But I'm not gonna tell you guys what it's made of, because in between eating taro fish snacks and chicken feet I don't want you guys to think I'm a real weirdo. Nick had some common chicken satay.
Yes it has been a long post, but no it is not over, because I have a few more tales to share, like playing Timezone games, for a nice long session. Unfortunately we didn't get to play a linked game of car racing, but we did play separate car racing game, and I was 19th place. >_>
Also played air hockey, and Nick won 6 to nil. >_>
Played the crocodile game, where you hit them as they come out and you win lil points on your card which u can get stuff with >_>
Also played some shooting games, and a zombie shooting game. Which was fun.
But the highlight of the games was when we discovered Time Crisis 4 at Hoyts which was even better than the skill tester game there (which did not get us ANY candy okay?!) We loved it so much we played it several more times after that.......
Speaking of Hoyts, the only movie we saw during that time was "the Prestige" I was pretty adamant on not going to see something i know NOTHING about, but Lucy said it was good, Dad said it should be good, and Nick wanted to see it. So we went. I relented. Surprisingly, it was quite good. And i got the popcorn I've wanted for so long from passing Hoyts to get to the hotel everyday.
We also went to Fremantle and Subiaco all in one day as a Touristy thing. Nick loved Fremantle so much the first time, we had to go again, and relived it by eating at Cicerello's again but had a seafood basket this time, the highlight for me was taking pictures kinda close to this pelican.
On the way back stopped at Subi, and we walked around for some shopping, but I didn't buy anything, so as a consolation we had Cold Rock, then as we were walking back we stopped at Taffy's and bought Nick's dad some peanut brittle crunch or whatever, (it was actually pretty good) and I have no idea why I bought white chocolate covered pretzels. I just thought pretzel + chocolate = MAGNIFICENT, but I thought wrong.
I bought my dad a Massive bottle of Aveda shampoo, it'll definitely last him at least three years since it's like concentrated and I aint kidding when i said Massive.
On his last day here, we bummed at the hotel for most of the morning, then had lunch at Jaws, and then walked around a bit and had coffee at Gloria Jeans in Borders. As we were about to sit at a table THIS OLD FART SITS THERE, we were like standing right next to the table, and SHE PARKED HER LARGE DERRIERE ON THE BLOODY CHAIR.
That's all I have to say, was very tempted to take a picture of her and post it on my blog so you guys can watch out for this old beeyatch. But she left before we got a chance.
Besides I was busy trying to combine Nick's cold drink with my own white chocolate mocha. The result, lukewarm uber sweet coffee thing with floating bits of ice.
But in a flash we were at the airport saying goodbye.
and it gets harder and harder everytime seeing you walk away
-.- < Thursday, November 23, 2006 > -.-
The highlight of today so far has been buying a vaccuum cleaner. Wow I'm so domestic.
Nah not really, I'll give you guys a better shock than that. I CoOked! and the words "nissa" and "cooking" are never used in the same sentence together unless its like "Nissa is not good at cooking" which is completely different. I made tuna onigiri. I was so proud of it that I even took a photo of it. And I made my whole family eat one, except for Kit cuz he adamantly refused to eat it, since he had to go to work, Just in case i poisoned it or something I guess. But I told my grandma, when he comes home later, shove one in his mouth. I don't care, HE HAS TO TRY IT ><
Here they are.
They were pretty good for an amateur onigiri maker person thingy.
Other interesting stuff today included, buying this nail set thing, it was a very special buffer, and it polished my nails, without actual polish, and the set came with a vanilla & coconut body lotion, and cuticle oil, and a nail file, of which I don't really use.
Other than that I haven't done much else, but I will be picking Nick up soon at the airport, my dad will just drop me off there. And I'm wearing my new dress, the white one with the lil red hearts ^^

[John Legend - Slow Dance]
Sorry about the lack of updates. I've been busy ish.
Well not so much, but I did occupy myself by making a new cover for my practice sketchbook. Here it is
It's a little bit different to the last one, a lil less crowded. But still choc-a-block with things girls like, or I like anyway. Like ice cream, colourful keds and etc.
Then I proceeded to do my developmental drawings. Seeing as the next dress has an ocean theme, I started drawing shells.
The starfish is a little more vibrant than the shells, I haven't practiced drawing coral though, so I guess that's something to work on.
The final design is as below, the yellow colour is supposed to be a lot lighter, kinda sandy colour, but in a more yellow hue. The sandy coloured material is supposed to be attached to the dress, then become detached and act as a train.
This one took a lot out of me. It was inspired by my trip to the beach. But it's time to move on to the next thing.
My dad came on Tuesday morning. So early. I was so tired. But he got me my Princess EDT and my Lacoste polo. Problem was I wanted a red one, and he got me a pale pink one. But no matter, I have 3 pink polos all in different shades. One is a bright pink, one is a dusky pink and the latest is pale pink. So all is well and good.
However as a consolation, when I went for a brief shop today I bought myself a red Tommy Hilfiger polo.
It fitted nicely, and is probably the first time I needed an XS. I KNOW! Me! Wear Extra Small, that's like unheard of or somethink..
Tomorrow Nick is here. The arrangements for me getting to the airport to meet him is rather unsure. :S
I better organise that tonight.

DORKY CHINESE GUYS CAN GET GIRLFRIENDS TOO

[Ciara - Promise]
This is the cast of today's story.
Today we open up the scene at a rowdy Borders City store, where the famous "james hird" from essendon is signing books, or so the guy who looks like the town crier says. I waited there for about 7 or so minutes before the girls shows up.
Then we decide to have lunch, it's Shirley's turn to decide, and we go to Red Rooster, Kath and Shirls had the 3 chicken strips combo, and I had the nuggets combo, let's just say that made us feel bloated before we even hit the beach.
Then we set off onwards to the train station, we squished ourselves on a two seater, *teehee* and took some pictures:
This was us on the train before we hit the beach. We were as fresh as a daisy. These pictures were taken on a crowded train. We're camera whores and we have no shame.
We even got to do stupid faces.
We hit cottesloe not long after, and started our sunbaking. After putting on some SPF of course, because skin cancer is not our friend. I put on a lil too much so I looked like Frosty the Snowman.
Before we went into the water, we did some sand art.
Mine was brilliant. Here it is.
We went for a lil frolic in the waves, but Shirley lost it, when she went in too far and got swept away by waves, and proceeded to roll around on the sand. The lifeguard even moved closer, and was laughing at us, (plus it could be because we were all squealing and laughing), it could also have been the need to look out for that girl whose rolling around on the sand, swept by more and more waves...
After "swimming" we went to get changed, and after drying ourselves we got ice cream. I got wild cherry or something like that. I thought it was good.
Walked back up to the station and took some more photos. Post beach
If you compare the pre beach picture and the post beach picture, it don't look so good... we're about as fresh as yesterday's leftovers in the picture above. However seeing as we had some time to kill waiting for the train at the station, we took the following picture.
On the way back, we stopped at Subiaco to check out some warehouse sale, that the girls' bfs had mentioned to them respectively, but on getting there we were disappointed that it was only reject clothes, apparel that even bums wouldn't touch. So we came out with nothing and headed back to the city.
At subi, we found an interesting invention. The public toilet. What's so special about this one you ask? Well, it is so high tech, that it self cleans while its closed, and you need to push a button to open the door. The thing that scared the girls was the self replacing toilet seat, just in case it wasn't clean enough.
Unfortunately no pictures of our antics there.
At the city we had dinner at Maccas before heading home. Some cheeseburger meals for all of us. And our escapade finishes there. Til next time avid readers.

[Liz Phair - Why Can't I]
We went shopping today, but we didn't really get all that much, we all predicted how many we'd get, Kath and I said two, I think Shirlz said 1. Then we got out of Supre and I got a jacket and a belt, Kath got a dress, and Shirley got bathers. Then when we were at Dotti, Shirley got a black dress for her hot date and That'S IT! Nothing else. So much for a stuff fun filled day.
Went back to the city after that, went to Sportsgirl, City Beach (Kath bought thongs), Ever Forever, LIVE, then Shirlz had to go home, then me n Kath continued our city rampage. We went to Just Jeans, Kath tried on a triangular dress, and then we went to Valleygirl, where some stupid girl spilled bubble tea on the floor, and the stupider thing was she continued to shop there. Like nothing happened! Like its not obvious, cuz she had rainbow jelly stuff, and there was rainbow jelly on the floor. What a freakin ditz.
We went to get bubble tea after that, was so thirsty.
Continued after that to Tutti Frutti, nothing there
Then MYER. Where we decided we'll take some ugly dresses and take photos in the fitting room.
So here they are.
Our dang ugly t shirts. Which was incidentally one size too small for both of us. We look so damn fat or something.
The ugly dress I picked out for Kath.
THE REALLY UGLY DRESS KATHLEEN PICKED OUT FOR ME
Quote of the day.
Niss: It smells like chlorine here (on the train)
Kath: Yeah! Like the sea
Shirls: Chlorine is from pools...

[Akon ft. Eminem - Smack That]
Finished all my exams, talk about finally. Workplace Relations was a killer. 10 pages in about 3 hours, was something I thought to be quite decent (7 for one, 3 for the other). I come out, Lyn Lee's friend says, "I wrote seventeen pages". As Marlin says to Dory: Good feelings gone.
After that we went waffling, it was me Kath, Lyn Lee and Darren. Had to go to Norfbridge. I had the strawberry side and Kath had the chocolate half. It was nice. But now I feel queasy. I hope it wasn't the waffles.
I DID NOT GET MY PIZZA! I want my freakin pizza! Stupid gran why did she have to cook, her steaks tastes funny. Although I really should give thanks to the Lord for having food, cuz I know people in third world countries are practically starving to death, and would envy my steak and rice. But come on. PIZZA!

Anyway, shopping tomorrow. I don't have anything in mind that I need to buy, but I'll always end up with something right?
