-.- < Thursday, July 5, 2007 > -.-

Yesterday I went to garbo to see fantastic four; the rise of the silver surfer and true to its name it was fantastic ><

Or I'm just easily amused. But really I thought it was quite good.

Today me, Alan and Jase went to see Transformers, and I thought fantastic four was good. This movie blew any other action movie out of the water. It was just REALLY REALLY good.

Other than that it has been pretty boring. Didn't do much the rest of the day really. No plans for tomorrow either. Might go walk around in the city and check my roster. Hopefully I got some work or something. I have absolutely no income at the moment, I am VERY poor.

-.- < Tuesday, July 3, 2007 > -.-

Yesterday was a fun filled day of karaoke.

First I started the day with some Viet food at Viet Hoa. Some egg noodles with wantons and fresh durian juice. MMM nummy.

Then met up with Kath and Shirley and had a nice gossip session.

Then pictures at time zone.

Then we met with Alan and Jase and headed off for some fun fun fun karaoke. With classic songs from the likes of Britney Spears and Backstreet Boys.

Shaun came along too about midway.

Then at 6 or so we all went off our separate ways.

Well that's it from me enjoy your day guys!

-.- < Sunday, July 1, 2007 > -.-

I'd punch ya cuz its the first day of the month, but I'm too nice for that. Maybe..

I came up with some new drawings. Designed some jeans. I call it the diamond skinny.

other than that this week i dont have work at all so im gonna go watch some movies. Pretty psyched to be able to do nothing at all.

Yeah I know I haven't updated for awhile but I've been "busy" (aka lazy). I've had to work on the weekend. It's been "thrilling". I went shopping today though. Got me some new jeans, new PJ sweater dress, its really nice pale pink and feels like cashmere. And a little miss sunshine t shirt. Its so bright and yellow, it makes me happy. And I got 3x tees for Nick and a hoodie as well.

Tomorrow is another shopping day with Kath and Shirley, I don't really have anything in mind, but I'm sure I'll find something ;)

Ya know what? I think I'd make a fantastic personal shopper. I mean I can charge a lot less than the ones in Westfield (I think she charges 0 above for an hour, and 5 for every hour after that) or I'll just open up shop and scout out some key pieces from stores here and there. And in my mind, lots of people will come! (by appointment of course, its a personal consultation thing) and I'll charge a surcharge fee. Yay for profits.

Well that's enough about me? How are your holidays going?

im bored of IM.

-.- < Sunday, June 3, 2007 > -.-

Yesterday was a great day, filled with food, sunshine and games.

So first of all there's Kath to thank for that. Her BBQ was a huge success. The food was great, (those wagon wheels are the shiznit) and the people were fun. Thank god for no party poopers. All in all a fantastically fun and awesome day.

Wink murder is actually more fun than I thought, obviously my winking is getting better, seeing as I can kill so many people before Caroline guessed it was me :D HAHA.

Seesaws were great, til the lil kids pointed out that we were "grown-ups". Yes thank you for telling us that fact you little ****er.

Making Kath hit the Pinata was fun too, however did not see the dog poo near it. That could've been disastrous. Shirley did a great job on it, lots of good stuff like marshmallows and lychee jelly. However that jelly obviously did not hold real well being whacked again and again with a golf club.

In any case, I hope she likes our present (Me, Alan, Shirley, Dan and Jase that is) it's the best one out of all of them. Har Har Har.

On a different note, today marks a special day and for that big hugs and kisses to Nick. However this does not resemble my day in any way. I'm going to work as usual. Niss is poor and needs the money.

That's all for now, Toodle-oo everyone. Make like the sun and shine. :)

Number 8

Not sure why she's always playing the supporting actress role, but Meagan Good is smoking HawT. First saw her in D.E.B.S i think, or you got served, but it doesn't matter. She is hot. Her best feature would be her lips but the bod isn't too bad either, what with her super cool abs. So now let's revel in the beauty that is Meagan Good.

-.- < Monday, May 21, 2007 > -.-

I'd like to stray away from the topic of my top 10 for now, and just blog about something else. Granted, I will come back to it, I know how much the guys love pictures of half naked laydeez.

It has come to my realisation that people change. I mean it never struck me that obviously before, but it just so happens that today I had this feeling, that uni life just wasnt the same anymore. People have moved on. Some of them are graduating soon, and people are working really hard. I mean props to them.

But somehow uni is now less exciting. People have boyfriends and girlfriends now, they have job applications, they have jobs, they're looking forward to the future.

Where do I stand in all of this?

I'm a lil unsure myself.

I'm neither graduating soon, nor am I busy with job applications. I'm glad I have nick, but he's not always here. It just feels like I'm out of the loop a lil bit, I now have less time to spend with my friends, less financial resources, which amounts to me working more, like friday saturday and sunday.

I'm not usually such a downer, but I guess I'm feeling a lil burnt out, much like you guys.

Maybe I need to change.

How to change?

I'm thinking after my assignments I want to catch up with ALL my friends. Especially after exams. I'm gonna call everyone up. Go out either just with them, talk and have fun. I'd really like that.

The other change I was thinking was maybe to my image. The homebody thing just isn't working anymore. I'm boring. People don't like me for me. Thats stupid.

What I need is a bad ass tattoo. Piercings. Extensions.

Although maybe what I really need is a holiday. That or a new job. Or Nick.

It's funny when he didnt have a job, I could talk to him almost any time, now I have to wait til after 3 pm. :P

On the third it'll be our sixth anniversary. What are we doing then you ask?

Well I'll be working or doing nothing.

It's funny how people can celebrate their anniversaries on a monthly basis, but I don't even celebrate it with him on our 6th year.

Maybe tomorrow I'll do Number 8. Look out for that one.

Number 9

The new face of Mango, Milla Jovovich is hawt. The love for her grew from her starring role as Alice in Resident Evil. Her repertoire has included being the face of L'Oreal amongst other blockbusters. Even though she's often typecasted into the buttkicking girl role, she's a perfect match for it.

[Sneaky Sound System - Pictures]

Number 10 - Warning Nudity Ahead

The shining model of mac in an oversized martini glass, Dita Von Teese the burlesque model and ex wife of Marilyn Manson is both eccentric and sexy. Most of the time wearing corsets, lingerie and stockings and portraying the image of the fifties. She's my number 10. Maybe it's more the lingerie, and the colour than anything else which fools me but i think her body is none too shabby. HOWEVER, here's where I'm unsure. This is the nitty gritty of the issue.

Are her boobs real?

Judge for yourself.

I don't know these things.

Well I'm out for now, wait for number 9. Hopefully this wasn't too much nudity for the readers :P but you guys demanded top 10. So this is as truthful as it gets.

this random photo post will tide you guys over. haha. talk about lazy huh.

Poll time. You guys can decide my next entry
1. Into Nissa's closet, watch me scour through clothes. Possibly ones that will be put up on ebay in the near future as trash. I mean one person's trash is another's treasure right? Well, possibly.
2. Shoe Fetish anyone? a collection of definitely more than twenty. POssibly less. Though possibly more.
3. Random photos.
4. Top ten hottest girls. In my mind.
5. Why sailor moon is so cool. Yes that's right Jase.

No response means no posts for awhile. Har har. U guys know how lazy I get. So no replies no posts. I need more than 3.

[Justin Timberlake - Chop Me Up]

Happy Anzac Day, whatever that means, all I know is that I get a day off.

So like I know I said photos, but Nick has been lazy about sending them. And I'm lazy to put them up, I think the most efficient way is to put them up on friendster or my space, then you guys can go look yourself.

Yesterday Kath and I saw stomp the yard, which was really different to what we thought it'd be, I had visions in my mind of black guys doing breakdancing. But the reality is they were step dancing. If you haven't seen it, well I'm not gonna recommend it, just in case you guys think its crap, but it is different. The dancing is pretty good still.

On monday we went shopping. We were at the Revlon counter for so long, we were asked if we needed help like 5x. Then we didnt buy anything cuz we couldnt decide which to get, they were all so cute and kinda expensive.

At the moment, I'm thinking about the nail polish in steel-etto, and the sugar sugar stuff, but also possibly diamond lust eyeshadow.

Scary lift moment ever last night, (due to our laziness, we didnt want to take the stairs) so we got into the lift, and it was shaking and like u can hear *boom boom boom* all the way down to the basement. We were like KYAAA... too much stomp the yard! But nothing happened. THANK GOD.

I'll put up all the purikuras we took in Sydney though, for those who haven't seen it. I know Kath and Shirley have at least.

Does anyone (who is good at html) wanna help me make a new layout?

This post was regarding thursday.

I just wish that people who have sex in the uni toilets, have the decency to throw their used disgusting condoms in the bin.

I mean Please people. Is it that hard to get out of that cubicle, I mean I know post sex you might like to bask in the afterglow within the smelly toilet. BUT COME ON! leaving the condom on top of the toilet, where the flush button is, that people have to push is PRETTY DISGUSTING.

This is me, inside the toilet:

"Hmm, there's some sort of rubber thing on top, it looks gross, has white stuff in it."

One minute Later.

OMG!!! *RUNS OUT OF TOILET TO WASH HANDS*

-.- < Wednesday, April 18, 2007 > -.-

So like I'm back from my holiday. I know I haven't been updating, but on holidays internet is a very rare thing.

I don't remember what we did consequentially but I'll just give a broad outline.

We had pizza at Gourmet Pizza Kitchen, which was awesome, cuz we had the normal pizza with lots of awesome things in it like sundried tomatoes, mushrooms and other stuff, and then we had the dessert pizza which was even awesomer, cuz it had like caramelised banana and ice cream.

We went shopping on Pitt St. I bought a pair of shoes from Zomp. Nick bought me a pair of shoes from Scooter too. I bought a pair of white boots. Oh and a pair of pink air force ones from Hype. I think that was all the shoes I bought or had bought for me. (not including the Fiorelli ones Nick already got me)

Oh yeah when he picked me up at the airport. A bouquet of red roses. And then the day after I saw Lucy, he whipped out another bouquet of red roses. Aw, niss is spoiled.

But I bought us some cupcakes, the pink was strawberry and the green was mint, it was great, so I picked him up from work and had cupcakes waiting at home. But then he made me tea :)

Oh oh Krispy Kremes in the morning was great, it was freshly made and was still hot. Now that's something everyone should have.

Okay my trip was not all about food and shoes, I bought my tokidoki bag too, the one with the pirates. And a cute trench. And a bomber jacket...

Then like we went to Sydney Aquarium on my last day. It was so calm. And my favourites were... the baby blowfish, the luminescent jellyfishies, the big sharks, the stingrays, the starfishes, the sea cucumbers, the TURTLES!!! Okay so like, I liked everything, and kept squealing to Nick and dragging him along to see everything. Oh and let's not forget the seals! I'll post up pictures later.

We also went to have dinner with Nick's parents. Plus 1 and 2 maybe 4. That was including, his grandparents, uncle and his daughter. Yep memorable. We ate at the Last Train To Bombay. So guess what sorta food it was?

Yep. Indian. This is what I was thinking.
"So outta my comfort zone right now."

But it was good. My soon to be mother in law and dad gave us (or me rather) money to go eat at Sydney tower.

Which is what we did the next night. I think. We had buffet, and the restaurant was revolving, so the view was pretty incredible with all the lights. Granted I would've preferred a la carte, because it was heaps crowded.

Nick made up for it, with taking me to the Shangri-La for buffet Lunch. That was amazing. The sushi chef was pro. The dessert table had a chocolate fountain and masses of strawberries, and there was macaroons too.

Also I saw the other important person in Sydney. Lucy. We took heaps of sticker photos, and had dessert at passion flower which did really good black sesame ice cream and mochi. We saw her again coupla days after on Friday night, we had dinner at this take out place, the wait was like 20 - 30 minutes. Majorly cramped, but the food there is amazing. Then we walked around in Chinatown, and Nick got me a necklace at one of the stalls. We also bought fairy floss and we just shared it. Then we went karaoke, it was fun. Oh and then games after at Galaxy world, more sticker fotos and some time crisis, oh and Daytona. But that was bad, cuz it was like advanced and lasted for like TWENTY frikkin laps, and like I was so nervous cuz I think it was a buncha drunk guys were right behind us wanting to play, and they were so loud, and they kept goin "ey ey lookit this girl drive mate.." or whatever and were mocking my crappy driving skills. The more nervous I got the more I crashed and burned. So I was like sitting so close to the screen, and gripping the wheel so hard. :(

Nick went to work for like 3 days, so I did the commendable thing and caught up on 6 hours worth of lectures, and 3 books worth of research plus the reader for that particular week.

Oh another big thing was we went to the Easter show, but since Nick has a problem with heights, we didn't go on any of the rides. But he did win me a lion plushie. (Actually he won me a frog too, but he was scary, so I left him in the hotel). I wanted a powerpuff girls showbag, but I couldn't find it. *shrug* oh well

On one really nice day we went to the Chinese Gardens too. That's always a favourite. There was this really funny bird. It was a normal black and white one. But like it wouldn't fly off even while I was standing really close to it, and like I wanted a photo with it, so I inched closer and closer, but he kept walking away, and he did this really funny thing where he was poking at the ground and walking around in lil circles. It was so cute.

Oh oh we also played tennis but it was overkill when we went ice skating straight after at night. It was a 7 o clock to 9 o clock session. I suck so much, but I got a lil better. My arms and legs hurt so much after though. It was just dumb. Dumb but fun. Cuz we warmed up with Krispy Kremes and coffee.

Nick got me a lindt bunny for easter. I still have it. Cuz I can't finish it. So... much... chocolate...

So I guess that's it. Wasn't it a nice long post everyone?

If you guys still have exams good luck. But I'm done. Tonight is dedicated to 70 lines of latin translation for me. Ta ta

[Snow Patrol - Hands Open]

BOOTS.

I want em.
People are probably tired of listening to me yak on about the Robert Robert (pronounced Rober Rober (dont say roberT roberT - Bob Bob is also unacceptable) boots. The ones I want look piratey with straps and a buckle in grey leather. It's so fucking hot. It can't be more in right now. Not only is it a mid calf boot (decided ankle boots wouldn't last me that long, seeing as its probably only a trend for this season) its in winter's it colour. Gray.

Also saw a great pair of RMK black leather boots, unfortunately they were slip ons. And cuz I'm so frikkin retarded I don't deal well without zips. They were on sale too at DJs from 250 to like 100.

That's really all I got to say for the moment.

-.- < Friday, March 30, 2007 > -.-

On Wednesday I spent up a whole lotta dollars, and now I ain't got any money but at least I got a cute long cardi in baby pink, which I already wore yesterday, and two basic long sleeve tops in creme and purply grey. Kath and I were determined not to come out empty handed. Okay so empty handed didn't necessarily mean spending up over 100 bucks... but.. that's just the way it goes >< but we got a free top. and perrier water...Where's my free red bull I say!

My cravings for red bull has led me to ask gran to buy some from the supermarket. And she got me 3 cans. Oh my wonderful red bull.

So like, last night had dinner at City Garden with the family. I'm still so full, and its the next morning. Granted I shouldn'tve ate like a piggy. Hmm.. what a good point.

My dad said he will buy me a new fone. All the subtle hints worked! (e.g:
N: "Dad look at my phone, I have to use my old nokia again, my pink one broke down"
D: "Okay then, what phone do you want?")

I didn't get my Tokidoki Pirate bag though *cries* I was so disappointed. *sniffle* I will get it somehow. I know there's a Lesportsac store in Sydney, so I'm gonna go SCOUT.

I have to go to work today again. *BIG SIGH* for 9 hours. Unbelievable... Where's my break huh? WHERRREEEEE????
Maybe I'll look and see if there are any cute shoes I can buy. That should be exciting. I wanna see more boots arrive. Not a big fan of carrying the boxes though, last time I had to carry like 4 boxes of boots and they're so massive I was tottering. ^^;;

-.- < Saturday, March 24, 2007 > -.-

*eats ice cream*
*nuzzles the tub*
*points to it* this stuff is the best

Yeah the point of this post is to tell you guys just how good baskin robbins is. It's my fave since like I was 5, unfortunately the store in the city closed. So to prevent the other ones closing (the ones that I know of (carousel, vic park)) buy some ice cream. 24th of March is officially Support Baskin Robbins day.

So like yesterday I went on that excursion, started at 9, I mean it was fascinating to hear the history of northbridge, but when we finished at 1, I had several hours to burn. Went to catch the bus, waited awhile but have obviously missed it.

Then I met Yen at Sportsgirl, So I hung out with her for like an hour and a half, she was probably tired of me after awhile... but i stuck to her like gloo! HAHAHA!

She helped me find a really cute grey sweater dress. She shud be a personal shopper. I told her I wanna be a trend bitch, and just be a sheep and wear what everyone else is gonna be wearing. (the whole-grey-sweater-dress,-opaque stockings-and-black-ankle-boots thing) but I got one better, the grey sweater dress doubles as a wraparound. But because it had a massive slit, I had to get a slip with it. So i bought a patterned dress that was on sale at Jeanswest.

Next on the list are some stockings and ankle boots. Nick is gonna pick up my Fiorelli shoes today ^^ So I can cross two things on my shopping list.

Next up are like I said ankliez, then lacoste shoes, scooter shoes, adidas sneakers, trench coat, new jeans and a major buy, A new mobile...Not sure how I'm gonna afford that last one. But maybe if dad is gna come here.. he can go mobile shop with me >_>

-.- < Sunday, March 18, 2007 > -.-

Sorry about my absence. Haven't found much to blog about lately. I've decided that I've got a problem. I'm a spendthrift. And to prove my point, I'm so hung up about this one Fiorelli shoe, that now when they don't have my size anymore in WA, I'm gonna put it on hold in NSW, then get Nick to pick it up for me. Tell me. Is this a problem?

In addition, I've spotted a brand spanking new Lacoste shoe that I adore but I need to get two pairs for the second pair at 50% off that I'm prepared to get this other snakeskin and black patent sachi shoe just to take advantage of the sale.

Well good news anyhow, my dad got me this River Island top that I liked on their website. He went to Dubai so I listed all the River Island stores in Dubai for him and sent him an email attachment. Once again let me ask you, do I have a problem?

Really, let me know.
On a different note, I'm so psyched to get to Sydney. Yay for the easter show. Yay for easter bunnies. and Yay for a break without work or uni to think about. Yay all around.

Oh dear I'm so burnt out with catching up on uni work and going to work Fridays and weekends. I'm ready to collapse. Then just hibernate. Like a bear. Occassionally eating then going back to my cave.

-.- < Wednesday, March 7, 2007 > -.-

I have set my sights on new bags from Lesportsac. I'm not sure why I love Lesportsac so much, but their new spring collection by tokidoki is just too darn kyoote. So I know what daddy should be getting me from Dubai. In fact I like the white one and the Pirata pattern. Plus this other funky zebra one with yellow contrast piping.

However I'm still hung up about my Louis Vuitton bag. I haven't got over it yet. It's like one really bad relationship, you think it should be over and you need to get over it, but you just keep thinking about it. And let's be realistic here people, I'm talking about a bag. Much better than boys.

There are a couple of things I want of late, like new Bvlgari sunnies. Preferably the ones with the flower diamonds on the side. Nah it's not real diamonds, but at 800 bucks for some sunnies, they should be.

The other thing I've been hankering for is a Juicy Couture watch. I showed my dad, I think he's forgotten, (note to self: remind dad) it has a pink skinny band, with a gold crown and the watch face on the bottom of the crown. It's different and oh so cute.

However. Seeing as I already have a functional watch that I paid 300 bucks for, I really shouldn't be looking at other watches. But that was like weeks ago, a girl's gotta have new bling periodically.

The next thing I'm looking forward to. A dress Nick said he'd get me. Teehee. One thing a girl definitely needs is a Sugar Daddy.

-.- < Wednesday, February 21, 2007 > -.-

Sorry about the lack of updates, seeing as I just got back yesterday morning, and totally jetlagged.
Decided I'd put up some of my pictures, there's more to go on the other camera but gran can't find her USB cable. So the pics of the eiffel tower can wait.

Nothing really much to tell you guys. First of we had like a 12 or 13 hour transit in HK airport, and my brother refused to get a hotel, so we spent the night at the airport, (and shops closed at 12 right?) I slept on the couches. It wasn't great. I didn't have my security blanket :(.

Got to Heathrow, completely packed over there, and we didn't find our free hotel transfer, so we took a taxi thinking at most itd be 30 quid. (Which is equivalent to about 60 to 70 AUD) but we were so wrong, when it came to about 63 quid. Yes we paid about 150 aud for a taxi. The jackass dropped us off at the wrong hotel too.

The day after got a coach to Dover which is the port and we took a ferry to Callais, France. A picture of me on the ferry is up on friendster.
When we got to Callais, another coach took us to our first stop which was Belgium. I think... Getting to Brussels was a long long journey. But the countryside was breathtaking, and it looked even better covered in snow. The best rest stop I had was in belgium when I saw snow, for like the second time in my whole life, and I was like twirling outside in the car park looking like a complete idiot. (no pictures of that I'm afraid).

Arrived at Brussels at night, which is too bad, had a tour of it, and went down to the pub (it was included in the tour). This is what I had.

Cherry Beer or if u prefer "Kriek" or something like that... Sweet and tasty. Just how it sounds.

Visited luxembourg the next day. Not much to see there. Got some gloves, and it was a very good buy if i do say so myself.

Then finally arrived at Lucerne, Swiss. I have more pics to come for that. But here are some in the mean time.

Me and gran at the stone lion. Can you see a pig?

The next day was a trip up the alps. And was my biiiirrrttthhhdaayyyy. Nick called me on the mobile. Twas probably one of the great days of the tour. I saw thick blankets of snow in Engelberg. And I did snow everything. Snow Angels, Snow Man, Snow Fights, Snow eating... yeah... that last one... didn't really happen........maybe...

My swiss souvenir was a Tissot watch which was like 0 bucks, and I wonder where my money went. Tsk.

Then we were off again, crossing Liechtenstein. Here's another photo.

"will you be my valentine Mr. Deer?"

Tis a funny looking tree no? I bet uve never seen a tree like that :P

Then at night arrived in Innsbruck, Austria. Before we even got to the hotel, the tour guide was like, we're gonna make a stop, okay never mind the fact that it was NIGHT TIME and it was FREEZING, and I needed to pee. She wanted us to see some golden roof. So i was like "This had better be the best goddamn roof I've ever seen." And guess what? You'd think it would be. And it wasn't. When I got there I was like "THAT'S *IT*?!" it was roof of some balcony for some prince or something. Who the hell cares. Just cause its covered in some sort of gold leaf, it wasn't worth the cold. And i had to pay 2 euros, which is like 4 bucks to use the McDonald's toilet (okay it wasn't compulsory for 2 euros, but both me n gran were going but the standard fee was only 30 cents, but I didn't see the sign, so I just gave the man whatever I had.) Though it makes you appreciate the smaller things in life though. Like free public toilets, and free McDonald toilets.

So like, that wasn't the only bad thing, got to the hotel and it was like shite. Really old and crappy.

Anyway next day, set off to Venice. It was pretty boring, just walking around all day. The sergio rossi store was my highlight, one of the few shoe stores that are like the holy grail of shoe stores.

Gran and I at the basilica.

Next day went to Rome, via Assisi. Great basilica. Bought a lil cross as a souvenir. Have a photo but stomach looks poochy since i put something in my pocket. So you can't see it.

Got to Rome, at night we had dinner and went to the Trevi, it was pouring, but here's a photo.

This picture proves how crappy my gran's picture taking is. SHE CUT OFF MY HEAD!!! Along with the Trevi fountain!

The next day went to the Vatican. It was cold and wet, but we were first in line. Another picture?

I look like a drowned rat. Completely gross, thanks to no umbrella. Sistine Chapel was great though, one of my favourite places of the whole tour, I even bought the book. Michelangelo is my hero.

Then it was off to Fiorenze, or you might know it as "Florence" at first me n gran wandered around, there was a leather factory that doubled up as a big big store, but it was crap. So we wandered the alleyways, and nothing. I sat on the bench and thought "this is a really crappy town". Then they got us together, and brought us to another square. Where ALL the stores were. Then it was fantastic, and when the local tour guide finally shut up, and I was cut loose (big mistake) I was on a hunt. For STUFF!

So like I've told Kabby, I don't to shop that often, so when they give us time I bulk buy. So I bought some stuff for people, and 2x necklaces for me.

Next morning, off to Piza. The almighty leaning tower. They say one day it will fall. Crash and burn. S too bad. It was a nice tower.

Then it was off to the French Riviera, where we went to a perfume factory called Fragonard. I bought two lil teeny bottles of perfume, one called Eclat and the Other Baroque. Eclat is marshmallowey n yummy, whereas baroque is different.

The next day it was Lyon. Was mostly on the coach though, and I don't think Lyon was that great. We caught the train as a group to the city center but it wasn't great. There was some ferris wheel. Which was pleasant.

We passed Beaune the next day, a lil town, and then we arrived In Paris. More pics to come still.

Shopping in Paris was great, I spent most of my time in Lafayette. Unfortunately, even though I had queued up at Louis Vuitton, my silver bag was nowhere to be seen. Apparently they have a waiting list for it, but by the time I got there they've discontinued it anyway. Those Fuckers. I said to my personal shopper, thanks but no thanks. (to all the other bags he offered me).

Went back to the group, and we hit the hotel. The next day it was off to the setting of Marie Antoinette. The castle of Versaille. It was so good, every room gilded in gold and beautiful chandeliers dripping off the ceiling. Lots of self portraits, those old guys mustve been pretty narcissistic.

Got the rest of the afternoon free, while everyone went back to the hotel, me n gran hit the shops some more, I didn't buy anything the previous day so I bought a Dior necklace the next day, and a pink bag. There was other stuff too, but I don't quite remember. Was contemplating buying rock & republic or true religion jeans, but was too slothlike to try them on.

Then it was back to Callais on the ferry back to Dover, and the next two days was spent in London. We did a bit of sightseeing. I saw the Big Ben. Yes big whoop.

On the way at Hyde Park, the pigeons were really fat so I had to take a picture to show you guys, if I just told you, you wouldnt believe me.

There was no more tour in London, so over 2 consecutive days I just shopped til I dropped. My fave was Gap. Really nice clean cut pieces. Topshop was a madhouse, I've never been to shop that full of people, you literally had to shove people outta the way. My elbow was definitely put to good use there. :D
That's all from me. Til next time.

im gonna be negative just this once, so feel free to read or exit. i've had it with some of the older ladies in shoes, ones whose name is two letters long, starts with E, and ends with L in particular. Always nagging at me. Just doesn't bloody stop, she doesn't know but I already have a grandma at home, I don't need a grandma wherever I bloody go. I swear if she doesn't stop her nagging (what Noura likes to call "growing old" I prefer calling "growing senile") I would most probably shoot myself. So can somebody like get me a gun please.

It was a much needed relief when I was moved to Lingerie yesterday for the whole day, cuz I just tidied up the racks, and was on the register, and closed it by myself for the first time. Yeah, I was truly proud of myself. :P

I think on a more positive note, I don't like this other lady who's fifty, and is a beeyatch. Her name starts with H, ends with elen. Oh and on a better note I hate this auditor who comes around to the registers but I've blogged about her before. I shall call her the dragon lady. Cuz she breathes fire, and everything turns to dust around her. (slight exaggeration on my part)

Bought doraemon dvds. Need to pay for it still. But pretty psyched to watch it. When I was younger I used to watch it every sunday morning. It was a routine I had.

I wanted a juicy bag, but obviously now I can't afford it with all the dvds I bought. Like sailormoon. I spent about 0 for the whole boxed Japanese uncut set. One my gran paid for, and my mum will give me money too so yeah. I've decided this will never leave the house, will be kept in a nice dry cool place, and won't be lent to anyone. You're free to come watch it at my place :). The box is so pretty.

Mum's agreed to buy me my birthday cake with all my specifications. (I'm very fussy) so I can't wait for my sailor moon ice cream cake.
Leaving on Saturday, so I'm excited about that. My dad is arriving the day after tomorrow to help us get to the airport and stuff. I hope he brought me back nice stuff.

-.- < Thursday, January 25, 2007 > -.-

God, I'm so sorry peeps about the lack of updates. Yesterday after my short 4 hour shift at work, went to Ciao Italia with Whyeleen, Lisa and Noelle. The pizza was great, but as you all know i have a *BIG* thing for pizzas. The tortellini, omg, YUM. It was great, and we had dessert too. MMM AFTER DINNER MINT. Then because we were so stuffed we went down to the park for a walk. Memorable highlights from there, was bothering this couple who were sitting near the water, playing on the lil horsy see saw and doing jumping jacks, but that was just me on my own. >_>

Life has been good. I've received all the ebay items i bid on earlier. Now I'm expecting more to arrive within these next few days. There's a bag that I'm expecting, and 6 Sailormoon dvds. I can't ebay anymore than that though, seeing as I will be leaving on the third, and there will be no one to intercept my deliveries. :(

I've decided to go on a lax diet, (especially after yesterday's meal, which was pure carbs) and so I've skipped breakfast this morning :)
Y'all have a good day now.

[Evermore - Light Surrounding You]

Stocktake is finally over, and I have to say in all honesty it was the best stocktake ever, the first night of stocktake I was scheduled for bedlinen, and that was so nice, all the apn's were ready for scanning and the bedlinen were lined up in a row, we finished that one quite quickly. The second night of stocktake all I did was reticket stuff for the most part, and I didn't have to redo any of my fixtures, and the third night I was scanning confectionery which was relaxing and easy, then kid's clothes which was even easier, and then I was a checker after that. Which was cruisy, cuz I was with Sonja, and her boy Jamie took care of any screw ups we found.

I've decided no more ebaying for awhile, it's definitely time to save up. So no more shopping either.

On the note of stuff, I wanna thank Lisa and Noelle for the wonderful bday pressie they got me, a DJ's make up kit, and I started playing with it when I got home. I offered free makeovers to family members, but they graciously declined. So I huffed away.

This was me after experimenting with the stuff on myself. Teehee. S' too bad you can't really see the green eyeshadow.

Today was a disaster, no dim sum places was open, it pissed me off, but whatever. In the end we settled for Jade. It was nice. Not bad at all.
Karaoke afterwards. Bring it all back was definitely the "it" song for me, and I sung it in the shower too afterwards. Na Na Na Na Na Na...

[Gwen Stefani ft. Akon - The Sweet Escape]

So anyway, I won my bags, the ones by Lesportsac on ebay. Plus I paid the minimum price cuz no one else bid for it. The Juicy Couture one is still going, it's ending tomorrow. So far the price is , from 0.99. Three people were bidding for it. They'll never win it though. Because like i said to Nick:

these hobags think they can come up against me and win?! I don't think so.

Anyway, other than that the other news I'm excited about is flying out to HK with Kath yeahhhh, a buddy on the plane. For that long long flight. On Cathay Pacific. So at least if the entertainment is shit, we can just gossip.

Last night was dinner with the work girls, that was supa fly. We had it at hog's and can u believe I was the only one to get steak. If i had been with uni friends the only meals we would've had wud have been steak ribs and fries. Well I have some photos of the night but i look terrible in them.

That last picture once again proves the point that I'm as stupid as it gets when it comes to picture with big groups. Love y'all. Mwah.

-.- < Wednesday, January 10, 2007 > -.-

My first ebay bids.
I kept thinking about this bag I saw on ebay, a very lovely LeSportsac Bag, with a print of Alice in Wonderland, and I figured itd be perfect companion for my travels in Europeland.
My second bid (yes I was on a slight rampage) was a white Juicy Couture bikini. Currently I'm winning both. :) Yay for Juicy Couture. Me *heart* Juicy.

Today I stayed in the reserves all day. I didn't have to deal with customers. But I did have to deal with this annoying, haughty Myer auditor whose name is Maija. (pronounced either mei-ya or mah-ya) but who the fuck cares anyway, a bitch is a bitch. She made me go and get my badge even though I was working in the reserves. She even checked up on me in the reserve (just when i was swearing about her under my breath) and made me go upstairs.

But that's okay, my day perked up much more when I got a free Chanel inimitable mascara. Yay for freebies.

It also improved when I spotted some new boots coming in for the upcoming autumn/winter season. I haven't opened the boxes yet, but I'm definitely psyched, hopefully its as wonderful as those Marc Jacobs boots. (I love it so much but I can't afford it, who the hell pays one grand for a pair of boots???) I'm gonna preview it tomorrow.
It was definitely my day, because I spotted another pair of heels I adored, wait, make that two. One was basque, it was black snake skin heels, and the other was a pair of Sachis, with creme snakeskin on the back and black crisscross patent on the front. Completely loveeee.

I can't buy more shoes yet though, I'm trying to save. But it's so hard. I wonder if daddy will leave me some cash, just cuz he's here right now. He didn't bring me back anything cuz I didn't ask for anything (was very tempted to ask him to get me the escada perfume in sunset heat) just for lipice, so he got me three of those.

So God, if you're listening to me... Please make it rain money. Money or shoes. I'd really like that. And not ugly ones, by which I mean shoes. Thank you God.

-.- < Friday, January 5, 2007 > -.-

Yesterday I had the most emotionally draining experience for awhile (since that time I lost 7 pages of work)
There was this lady, at first she goes to me, "I want the other side to this shoe", so I took the right shoe and went to find the box. But the box was missing, so I looked for a whole 15 minutes, and I go back out and tell her that someone must have sold odd pairs of shoes. I went back to have a second look, the closest thing was a size 10.5. So I ask her if she wanted to try it on, but then the right shoe of the 10.5 was missing, but she insisted on trying both on, one right shoe in a 10, one left shoe in a 10.5. So I let her, then she goes they're a good fit, I'll take them.

The "nice" part of the story comes to a screeching halt here, because I tell her that she can't just buy an odd pair of shoes. Then she goes to me:

"Well obviously somebody's already sold odd pairs of shoes"
I tell her if we realise they're odd, we can't sell it to her. I suggested we call up other stores to see if they had it. Stores in Perth I meant. She goes okay, call Karrinyup, so I did, and they didn't have it. So I asked her should I check the other stores, and she goes no, because the other ones are far away. So I ask her if she wanted them transferred over to the Perth store, but she said she's leaving on Tuesday for a wedding in Melbourne. I profusely apologised about it, I said "I'm so sorry about this" and did you know what she muttered to her friend?

"Like sorry is going to make things okay."

I was so hurt. She hurted my feelings. I was trying so hard to get her a pair of shoes that she wanted to match her dress.
In the end a colleague of mine called Peter came to the rescue and looked up size 10s in any other stores on the computer. He said there was several at Garden City. Then she-devil goes:

"That's miles away, I live up north."
But what I don't understand is that if she wanted them so badly, she can always drive over there somehow right? You could even bus it there if you wanted to.

She complicated the whole thing with wanting to take the 10 and 10.5 upstairs to try on with her dress. In the end we let her do that, and told her to come back with the shoes after. Then Peter put a pair of shoes on hold for her at Melbourne and she can buy it there.

What a fugly fat fsychotic bitch. It was so hard not to just throw the fucking fone at her fucking face.

-.- < Thursday, January 4, 2007 > -.-

Went to the beach on Monday.
I'm not tan no. Just still me, lathered on a great big dollop of sunscreen everywhere on me.
Alan decided to dig a great big hole, and Josh decided to help him out. Two complete nutters. Then some guy came along and goes, what're you doing, and they decided to have a hole digging race. Hmmm...

Meanwhile I started on my own project. Making a Sand Angel.
Unfortunately it didn't turn out too good, as the sand was too dry, and all I got was sand on my back, EVERYWHERE.
GAH. I'll have to do it properly with snow, maybe when I'm in Swiss or Austria later on.

New Year's Eve was sort of memorable, with Sally brightening up the late arvo as the sun was sinking.
SuperSal and I went to have dinner at Sorrento's and we js had a good talk and watched the Marching Band, which played some really good tunes.
Then we had ice cream. I like ice cream. *smiles*

Other than that Angela and I saw Marie Antoinette on Tuesday. It was quite good, colourful costumes, cakes and big bouffant hair. My favourite. Except her hubby was gay. And angela decided to ruin the facade by telling me their heads got chopped off.
Then back to work on yesterday, but my contract finishes this week. I still get shifts though, so it's not that bad. I couldn't find this shoe for a lady, and it was on my conscience the whole night. I found the left shoe and the box, but the right shoe was nowhere to be seen. I'm on a mission to find it today.

Also at work, there's a certain girl whose name starts with N who everybody hates (no its not me, cuz everyone loves Niss), and here are the things we hate about her.

1. She smells (apparently this is really true, because someone at work nearly fainted when she lifted up her arms)
2. She calls *ME* "excuse me" and she's been there for like 2 or 3 weeks, can't she learn my name, after all I learnt hers, and she's my junior, I've been there LONGER! (Admittedly for the first week, I referred to her as the Indian girl)
3. She's always asking for the time, (and when I told her the time yesterday, that it was a quarter past 11, she goes "oh you mean, its 11:45?")
4. Always asking for help but never says thank you.
5. Kinda dumb to be honest.
And the most awkward thing is, she lives one street away from me and we sometimes catch the same bus. The good thing is, she doesn't try to sit next to me. But the annoying thing is, on this one morning, she decided to talk on the phone for the whole way REALLY LOUDLY. And her voice is like nails on a blackboard okay?

Speaking of buses, yesterday, I was going home, sitting on the bus, with this Chink lady in front of me, and she started eating McNuggets. Now there's three things wrong with this scene:
1. The most obvious being, you're not allowed to eat on the stupid bus, and she didn't eat her nuggets dry, she had it with the sauce as well.
2. Her ass was fat.
3. This one is the worst one, her mcnuggets was making me hungry, and my tummy rumbled all the way home :( I was actually fine before she started eating.
Although everything else in my life is sunny side up.

I still have my packing to do, you know how excited I get about packing ^^. Thooper - Dooper excited. I'm leaving on February 3rd for those of you who would like to know, and coming back on the 20th of February. 6 days before uni starts again. Bummer.
I'll be spending my birthday over there, but I guess I won't be doing anything special, maybe I'll get some macaroons from LaDuree in Paris, I heard it was really quite good.

I'm not planning to buy anything real big in Europe, just lil trinkets for myself, and for other people. Cuz I'm nice and I get people souvenirs. Teehee. My friend already ordered a snowglobe.
I guess that's all from me for now. Tata Laydeez.

[Mariah Carey - All I Want For Christmas Is You]

Sorry about the lack of updates once again.
The only eventful thing was quite awhile ago when I got to see Anita. We had dinner at Sorrentos and bubble tea afterwards at Utopia. That was actually the day after work dinner.
Now, I'd like to take the time out to wish everyone a merry christmas. You know the usual stuff.

Mum got me a Peter Alexander nightie, that's that pink thing, and a weekly pack of Peter Alexander undies. Plus a voucher from DJs.
BRo got me the spirited away and Shrek dvds.
Then the Myer voucher is from gran.
That's it basically. Dad already got me the Lesportsac bag. Speaking of bags, I'm planning to buy an LV bag from Paris, but it's not a definite yet. If I decide not to, the replacement will probably be a Juicy Couture bag.

Other than that, I've basically done 75% of my packing for Europe. I'm not planning to buy any clothes really, so I'm bringing most of my winter wardrobe with me. I'm just gonna buy lil trinkets from flea markets. I'm not really big on souvenir stuff. But maybe some unique jewellery would be great.

Pretty soon it'll be my traditional blog post, the new year's resolution post. Just wait for it guys. You know what that's like.
I have some plans already, but I'll share it later on.
I need to get a new jacket a nice thick one for winter in Europe. If you guys see any nice ones hit me up on here.

Tomorrow is happy feet day, I'm so excited. I'm previewing my Lesportsac bag as well. ;) Be there or be square guys!

[Jojo - The Way You Do Me]

Anyway continuing from my rant now that I'm back from garbo (and no I didn't get anything).
OOh have you guys met MR. BUMP. He's the bumpiest thing ever. Here he is.

I keep him stored in the fridge and he keeps me cool during the day. :)

So anyway, yesterday, picked dad up from the airport, got my Lesportsac bag (gorgeous) and an electronic dictionary, it does not only English and Japanese but also Chinese and Indonesian. Yeah it's pretty good. He also got me a yellow Hard Rock cafe t shirt, a necklace thingy and a comic which I've already finished reading.

Then at night, well it wasn't actually dark even, me n the work girls from shoes had dinner at the moon cafe. It was heaps of fun actually. There was only like eight of us, it was me, Yvonne, Addie, Kylie, Anthea, Jacinta, Emily, Eden and Susan. No wait that's 9 people... There are some photos here.

First picture, left to right in all of these, Emily, Kylie and Eden.
Second picture, Jacinta, Susan and Emily
Third picture, Yvonne and Addie
Fourth picture, Kylie and Anthea.
None of me really, cuz I basically ruin every picture by being retarded.

So it was most definitely a fun night, me N Anthea shared a chicken pizza and chips with Aioli and sweet chilli. Then I got pop rocks from the counter. Afterwards we had ice cream at il Gelato, I had wild cherry. ^^ and the girls were soooo nice to wait up with me til my dad picked me up. Love them to bits.
So that was my night basically in a nutshell, I'm goin out for lunch now, and dinner later on tonight. So i'm definitely looking forward.
Update later, but ta ta for now darlinks.

[Amerie - Take Control]

Sorry about the lack of updates people.
I'll start backwards this time.

On Saturday I met up with Shirley first and we went to Crazy Clarks and had bubble tea. That was fun. Then awhile later we met up with Dan and played this monkey game in EB. I continually lost, when i say I'm not much good at video games, I mean it. Seriously.

Then we waited around for Alan and had "lunch" at the Pancake place at Carillon. Here are some pictures.

That was Shirley and Dan, aren't they so cute? Anyway
Next up is this picture of a couple that me, Shirls and Dan stalked so I could get a good picture of it. Let's just say a picture is worth a thousand words.

Then since I had to grocery shop for gran, and dan had to do some grocery shopping as well we went to Woolies.
So here's a little picture I took.

No longer designated Dan, he is now domesticated Dan.
Anyway, I'll continue my rant after I get back from garbo
catch ya later

[Hark the Herald Angels Sing]

I've been reading quite a few books this holidays, I've just finished one titled "shopaholic ties the knot" which combines my two favourite things together, shopping and weddings. I agreed with the book about finding that guilty pleasure about reading wedding magazines when you're not engaged (without a ring) and attempting to be inconspicuous and disinterested while reading it. But yeah... I don't do that obviously...
The other book I've finished reading I'm not gonna share about. So that's all I'll say about it.

In other news, I've cutted my hair. It's an interesting look. Much shorter than usual. The hairdresser even asked me why I wanted it so short, he was all guys like girls with long hair. Then I was like. Just chop it.
So that was that. Oh just in case I forgot, it is now also jet black.

Omg, reading that book about weddings, has got me thinking about my own future wedding. The important things are already planned of course.
Such as my dress, which will be designed by Alex Perry. No you guys can't have Alex Perry as well. :P I've loved his work even before he was famous. So that's that. Originally I wanted Vera Wang, but I do love supporting Australian designers.

Then the second most important part. Yes you've guessed it. The shoes. You all know my affinity for Christian Louboutin, also have been loving his work before he was famous and all the stars decided to wear his shoes and all the cheaper brand shoes copied his work. Especially his creation of the peeptoe platform shoes with the wooden heel.

The place has also been decided, I've had a special connection with this place in Sydney, at Balmoral. It's a little gazebo by the beach.

The guests: Unsure if I want a big party or a simple wedding party, it's looking like a small one right now, which is not really me. Usually I love all things massive and glitzy, but it really doesn't have much appeal to me for my own wedding.

Flowers: Tossing up between red roses (which is a bit too cliche) or having cherry blossoms everywhere.
Thing is I haven't decided on a colour theme yet which of course the flowers have to match, and I also haven't decided on cake. But I saw pictures of Marnie Skillings' wedding, and she had layers of colourful pastel cupcakes as her wedding cake. I thought that was inspired. But I'm not gonna do that now, that someone's already done it (and has been published in magazines everywhere)

The honeymoon: It's gonna be somewhere in the Italian countryside, or somewhere whitewashed and romantic like Greece, or a deserted tropical beach. But the accomodation it has got to be 5 stars. Niss ain't stayin in some hut yo.

Lastly, (but not leastly) the groom: I don't think I need to tell you who that will be. Let's just say so far we've been together for nearly six years.

[John Legend - PDA]

When my dad comes (which is in 2 days) I'm getting my new Lesportsac bag so I'm pretty chuffed. It's by tokidoki the winter collection. :)
It's gonna be sooooo cute. XD

In other news, since I am now a part timer for the December period I'm working pretty much every day, except for this coming weekend. It's been really busy, but me & Kristel are working together so it's been fun as well. We get our breaks together so we go have food, then on our next break we go window shopping. Like Supre and that. Going to Supre in the city was exciting, granted it wasn't as big as the one in Sydney, which was like 5 floors or something, and each floor was as big as a normal supre. hm. disappointing yes, and none of those sailor t shirts that I've been wanting.

I'm going for a haircut tomorrow, so that's kind of exciting and I've sorta done my Christmas shopping. I got my brother season 1 and season 5 of Family Guy, got mum a Cyndi Lauper CD and a white skirt from Valleygirl. Then for Grandma a cupcake recipe book which was pink and was very cute, and a breadmaker which was hell expensive.

I've bought another pair of shoes recently, they're not really shoes just really nice sandals.
Beautiful in fact and they're silver. I'll be wearing it to uni if the weather is still hot later on. Lately I've only been wearing my black and whites, it's so boring, but pre-stocktake sale, I have to do markdowns so I get to stay in the reserve and wear whatever I want.

Watching Spongebob Squarepants the movie cheered me up this morning, I think I'll get it on DVD.

I'm a goofy goober yeah!
You're a goofy goober yeah!
Were all goofy goobers yeah!
Goofy goofy goober goober yeah!

made a prostitute doll today.

[Gwen Stefani ft. Pharrell - Yummy]

First of all happy birthday to Angela, who turns 19 today. So yep. Happy happy birthday.
Second of all, what an exciting day, because we got a christmas tree. And I chose all the decorations myself. Plus doing the decoration by myself. I really wanted a white tree, but we got a normal green one. But its okay, it looks nice anyway.
The ornaments are all fuchsia and white or silver. Because that is the theme. But I think next year I'll do something different. Like orange or something.

This is the tree without the lights on, it has about 120 dollars worth of ornaments, plus an approximate of 0 or more of jewellery on it.

You can see the jewellery better here. There's my rose pendant, my earring, my big clear rock of a pendant and shiny earrings more in the background.

This one is the best, its blown glass made in germany and looks soooo good, definitely should've got more.

That's the tree all lit up with fibre optics, when it changes to purple it looks really good.

You guys are so lucky, why? Because today you get a preview of my beautiful blue new suede platform heels, which I've just bought today. But I'm definitely luckier cuz I have them, they are either the last pair or the very first pair of the saison, because there was only one and in my size. It was meant to be dah-link!
They were so beautiful I had to take pictures of it.

Im so exhausted, got up at 6 to get to work at 7:30 and worked til 5. Ble.

Our lil cupboard

Our lil bin

No need to guess what the breakfast is.

Forcing Nick to take a photo in the bathroom, thus the eerie lighting.

[Sixpence None The Richer - The Ground You Shook]

Sorry for my short hiatus. I've been "away" while my boyfriend was in Perth for his short one week stay. I picked him up with dad, but dad forgot he was supposed to drive to the domestic airport and insisted virgin blue landed at the international airport. *sigh* silly dad. We caught the taxi back to the Criterion where we were staying. Yes we stayed together, its inconvenient for me to go back and forth every night, besides the fact we'd have late dinners and go out to do stuff and all. In my memory things are a bit of a blur, I just remember doing stuff but not really in order.

We had il Padrino's for dinner, but the first time I was sick and it might've been food poisoning, and that was a terrible night for me. However after that we had il Padrino's pizza take away on two other nights, the waitress remembered me. But how hard can it be to remember the asian girl that got sick at the restaurant.

Also on Friday morning, four thirty am to be exact, was woken up by a very drunken alan. Who was spouting rubbish. Something about some hot girl or whatever (but we really know he was at Connections)

I didn't get to club like I wanted to, but I guess at the time it didn't matter, I forgot to bring my ID. I felt much more regretful when everybody else went but also when Kit said "You haven't done anything!"
His meaning of anything, is go clubbing and get wasted.

Yes we met Kit, we said hi to him at Target while he was working, and just for that I bought a massive packet of Maltesers.
The second time was a much more arranged event, with the family joining in on the "fun". That was my dad, my grandma, my brother, Nicholas and I having dinner at Seizan. Wowzers, that was so fun I was just blown out of my mind. Not. Although Dad and Kit saved the night with their chatter, but my grandma... Let's just say the phrase "stone cold silence" doesn't cut the awkwardness.
After my dad said we should go for dessert so we headed to Baskin Robbins, where my gran started opening up more and actually talking, and I managed to have some of my favourite Mint chocolate chip ice cream. This is the best ice cream in the world, no other ice creamery does mint chocolate chip like Baskin Robbins.

Anyway, then we parted ways, and the next day we went to visit my house, also so I can drop off my dirty laundry, nobody was home, but we didn't stay too long. We walked all the way down to Coles Karawara, so we can have chicken rice, but the place was closed, and we had Subway for a second time.
The first time we had Subway we just did a takeaway and ate it at the hotel, while watching a DVD, I don't quite remember which it was because we bought three during that time, one was season 1 of american dad, the second was She's All That. Totally Loved, but a little lame now that I'm in uni, and the last one was Zoolander.
That's right our favourite. Blue Steel. Me and Nick have perfected both Blue Steel and Magnum.

It was during this one week, that we became regulars at our favourite Korean convenience store, which indeed was very convenient for our late night snacking binges. We went there every night except for the last two nights, and in total between the both of us we've bought approximately 6 cup noodles, 8 packets of snacks, and 5 ice creams.
The noodles were convenient for breakfast, but we threw in a bit of variety with breakfast at the hotel's brasserie. You can get a full breakfast there as early as 6:30 am. Eggs and toast sure were good.

My food rant sure isn't over, because we also bought groceries from Woolies, that was kinda our guilty thing, cuz we thought we've had so much junk that we should balance it out with fruit, so we bought watermelon, seedless grapes, strawberries, a mango, fruche, coffee milk and utensils like a knife and a chopping board set and a big bowl to eat on, we had a bet on what the subtotal would be and I said and Nick said , initially I so totally won hands down cuz it came to , but then Nick goes, you've swiped the cheesecake twice (yes we also bought a frozen dessert) and it came down to about . No need to guess who had the closer guess then.

I'll take a break from talking about food, because now you're just going to think we're such piggies, but we're not, cuz we did other stuff. We exercised by walking all the way to the foreshore, and not just like close to us, but all the way down to the area that's still being built up, near the carpark. Down to the start of the CBD. But too tired to walk back to the heart of the town, we bussed it back.

Getting into the city we did some shopping. During the time we had together we did quite a bit of shopping. Nick had to buy a suit for his internship so we were quite busy looking for one, and we found it at RD. We got him a business shirt too, plus a Ralph Lauren polo, shorts and a casual shirt from Esprit. However for myself not as much, but Nick did buy me a shiny necklace to wear for dinner.
And wear it for dinner with Shirnial and Whyeleen at Chanterelle on Jessica I did. Initially I was going to go with crumbed fish with golden chips, just a stupid way of saying fish and chips really, but then I changed my mind and had the salmon, it was quite good but the cabbage wasn't a plus in my books. Do check out Shirley's blog on a more thorough critique on her duck.
Then we headed over to Box, and I ordered a classic martini, big mistake, tastes like bitter soda water. But I insisted on finishing it all and of course when I have a goal I accomplish it. I had a couple of swigs of Nick's beer as well. Shirnial and Whyeleen sure went crazy with the singing and dancing, teehee, but I won't embarass them with the video Nick and I took of them.

Also during this time I've rediscovered an old favourite snack of mine back in the primary school days. Taro fish snack. It's a thing you either love or hate, there are no in betweens. Nick can't eat it, but I ate it anyway. Afterwards he would say;
"I think you need some mints"

I managed to buy that from a convenience store in Northbridge after dinner at Joy Garden. Which was pleasant. We had something or other.
Speaking of Chinese food we had dim sum as well at the Northbridge Chinese restaurants, and it wasn't too bad I ate lots of chicken feet. :D
But for something different, we had Indonesian food at Indonesia Indah, and I ate Satay Padang. It was really good. But I'm not gonna tell you guys what it's made of, because in between eating taro fish snacks and chicken feet I don't want you guys to think I'm a real weirdo. Nick had some common chicken satay.
Yes it has been a long post, but no it is not over, because I have a few more tales to share, like playing Timezone games, for a nice long session. Unfortunately we didn't get to play a linked game of car racing, but we did play separate car racing game, and I was 19th place. >_>
Also played air hockey, and Nick won 6 to nil. >_>
Played the crocodile game, where you hit them as they come out and you win lil points on your card which u can get stuff with >_>
Also played some shooting games, and a zombie shooting game. Which was fun.

But the highlight of the games was when we discovered Time Crisis 4 at Hoyts which was even better than the skill tester game there (which did not get us ANY candy okay?!) We loved it so much we played it several more times after that.......
Speaking of Hoyts, the only movie we saw during that time was "the Prestige" I was pretty adamant on not going to see something i know NOTHING about, but Lucy said it was good, Dad said it should be good, and Nick wanted to see it. So we went. I relented. Surprisingly, it was quite good. And i got the popcorn I've wanted for so long from passing Hoyts to get to the hotel everyday.

We also went to Fremantle and Subiaco all in one day as a Touristy thing. Nick loved Fremantle so much the first time, we had to go again, and relived it by eating at Cicerello's again but had a seafood basket this time, the highlight for me was taking pictures kinda close to this pelican.

On the way back stopped at Subi, and we walked around for some shopping, but I didn't buy anything, so as a consolation we had Cold Rock, then as we were walking back we stopped at Taffy's and bought Nick's dad some peanut brittle crunch or whatever, (it was actually pretty good) and I have no idea why I bought white chocolate covered pretzels. I just thought pretzel + chocolate = MAGNIFICENT, but I thought wrong.

I bought my dad a Massive bottle of Aveda shampoo, it'll definitely last him at least three years since it's like concentrated and I aint kidding when i said Massive.

On his last day here, we bummed at the hotel for most of the morning, then had lunch at Jaws, and then walked around a bit and had coffee at Gloria Jeans in Borders. As we were about to sit at a table THIS OLD FART SITS THERE, we were like standing right next to the table, and SHE PARKED HER LARGE DERRIERE ON THE BLOODY CHAIR.

That's all I have to say, was very tempted to take a picture of her and post it on my blog so you guys can watch out for this old beeyatch. But she left before we got a chance.
Besides I was busy trying to combine Nick's cold drink with my own white chocolate mocha. The result, lukewarm uber sweet coffee thing with floating bits of ice.

But in a flash we were at the airport saying goodbye.

and it gets harder and harder everytime seeing you walk away

-.- < Thursday, November 23, 2006 > -.-

The highlight of today so far has been buying a vaccuum cleaner. Wow I'm so domestic.
Nah not really, I'll give you guys a better shock than that. I CoOked! and the words "nissa" and "cooking" are never used in the same sentence together unless its like "Nissa is not good at cooking" which is completely different. I made tuna onigiri. I was so proud of it that I even took a photo of it. And I made my whole family eat one, except for Kit cuz he adamantly refused to eat it, since he had to go to work, Just in case i poisoned it or something I guess. But I told my grandma, when he comes home later, shove one in his mouth. I don't care, HE HAS TO TRY IT >< Here they are.

They were pretty good for an amateur onigiri maker person thingy.
Other interesting stuff today included, buying this nail set thing, it was a very special buffer, and it polished my nails, without actual polish, and the set came with a vanilla & coconut body lotion, and cuticle oil, and a nail file, of which I don't really use.
Other than that I haven't done much else, but I will be picking Nick up soon at the airport, my dad will just drop me off there. And I'm wearing my new dress, the white one with the lil red hearts ^^

[John Legend - Slow Dance]

Sorry about the lack of updates. I've been busy ish.
Well not so much, but I did occupy myself by making a new cover for my practice sketchbook. Here it is

It's a little bit different to the last one, a lil less crowded. But still choc-a-block with things girls like, or I like anyway. Like ice cream, colourful keds and etc.
Then I proceeded to do my developmental drawings. Seeing as the next dress has an ocean theme, I started drawing shells.

The starfish is a little more vibrant than the shells, I haven't practiced drawing coral though, so I guess that's something to work on.
The final design is as below, the yellow colour is supposed to be a lot lighter, kinda sandy colour, but in a more yellow hue. The sandy coloured material is supposed to be attached to the dress, then become detached and act as a train.

This one took a lot out of me. It was inspired by my trip to the beach. But it's time to move on to the next thing.

My dad came on Tuesday morning. So early. I was so tired. But he got me my Princess EDT and my Lacoste polo. Problem was I wanted a red one, and he got me a pale pink one. But no matter, I have 3 pink polos all in different shades. One is a bright pink, one is a dusky pink and the latest is pale pink. So all is well and good.
However as a consolation, when I went for a brief shop today I bought myself a red Tommy Hilfiger polo.
It fitted nicely, and is probably the first time I needed an XS. I KNOW! Me! Wear Extra Small, that's like unheard of or somethink..
Tomorrow Nick is here. The arrangements for me getting to the airport to meet him is rather unsure. :S
I better organise that tonight.

[E-40 - White Gurl]

DORKY CHINESE GUYS CAN GET GIRLFRIENDS TOO

I wanted to title this "Where's my fucking cheese?" due to my missing cheese from my whopper for lunch :( but after my looonnnnggg bus ride, I can't help but feel some aggression towards internationals.
This Chinese guy kept grabbing his girlfriend, and holding her so she can't wriggle away when he leaned in to plant a big wet one on her. Gross I know. I don't know if she was just frigid, but he was like forcing it on her. On the bus. With me right behind them.
He kept doing it til midway, when she js got angry, then he kept quiet, and I SWEAR TO GOD, he was sobbing. Er totally girly.
Then he tried patching things up, holding her hand, but he started forcing her into it again, then she got angry. And the ride ended in silence. Well, that is til I got off the bus.
Why is she with him anyway? Maybe this is his last resort after all she may be really frigid. And all guys are so totally thinking of the same thing. Boning someone. But that guy was just yuck.
Maybe I'm just jumping to conclusions. But it pissed me off that I have to sit behind shit like that.
YES, this is the third fucking strike, third time I've sat behind some disgusting couple.
My day was long. Work was so boring. Lotsa aggressive women, wanting shoes. At 5 pm when it was closing, no one was fucking leaving.
Back to work tomorrow.

[Ciara - Promise]

This is the cast of today's story.
Today we open up the scene at a rowdy Borders City store, where the famous "james hird" from essendon is signing books, or so the guy who looks like the town crier says. I waited there for about 7 or so minutes before the girls shows up.
Then we decide to have lunch, it's Shirley's turn to decide, and we go to Red Rooster, Kath and Shirls had the 3 chicken strips combo, and I had the nuggets combo, let's just say that made us feel bloated before we even hit the beach.
Then we set off onwards to the train station, we squished ourselves on a two seater, *teehee* and took some pictures:

This was us on the train before we hit the beach. We were as fresh as a daisy. These pictures were taken on a crowded train. We're camera whores and we have no shame.
We even got to do stupid faces.
We hit cottesloe not long after, and started our sunbaking. After putting on some SPF of course, because skin cancer is not our friend. I put on a lil too much so I looked like Frosty the Snowman.
Before we went into the water, we did some sand art. Mine was brilliant. Here it is.

We went for a lil frolic in the waves, but Shirley lost it, when she went in too far and got swept away by waves, and proceeded to roll around on the sand. The lifeguard even moved closer, and was laughing at us, (plus it could be because we were all squealing and laughing), it could also have been the need to look out for that girl whose rolling around on the sand, swept by more and more waves...
After "swimming" we went to get changed, and after drying ourselves we got ice cream. I got wild cherry or something like that. I thought it was good.
Walked back up to the station and took some more photos. Post beach

If you compare the pre beach picture and the post beach picture, it don't look so good... we're about as fresh as yesterday's leftovers in the picture above. However seeing as we had some time to kill waiting for the train at the station, we took the following picture.

On the way back, we stopped at Subiaco to check out some warehouse sale, that the girls' bfs had mentioned to them respectively, but on getting there we were disappointed that it was only reject clothes, apparel that even bums wouldn't touch. So we came out with nothing and headed back to the city.
At subi, we found an interesting invention. The public toilet. What's so special about this one you ask? Well, it is so high tech, that it self cleans while its closed, and you need to push a button to open the door. The thing that scared the girls was the self replacing toilet seat, just in case it wasn't clean enough.
Unfortunately no pictures of our antics there.
At the city we had dinner at Maccas before heading home. Some cheeseburger meals for all of us. And our escapade finishes there. Til next time avid readers.

[Liz Phair - Why Can't I]

We went shopping today, but we didn't really get all that much, we all predicted how many we'd get, Kath and I said two, I think Shirlz said 1. Then we got out of Supre and I got a jacket and a belt, Kath got a dress, and Shirley got bathers. Then when we were at Dotti, Shirley got a black dress for her hot date and That'S IT! Nothing else. So much for a stuff fun filled day.
Went back to the city after that, went to Sportsgirl, City Beach (Kath bought thongs), Ever Forever, LIVE, then Shirlz had to go home, then me n Kath continued our city rampage. We went to Just Jeans, Kath tried on a triangular dress, and then we went to Valleygirl, where some stupid girl spilled bubble tea on the floor, and the stupider thing was she continued to shop there. Like nothing happened! Like its not obvious, cuz she had rainbow jelly stuff, and there was rainbow jelly on the floor. What a freakin ditz.
We went to get bubble tea after that, was so thirsty.
Continued after that to Tutti Frutti, nothing there
Then MYER. Where we decided we'll take some ugly dresses and take photos in the fitting room. So here they are.

Our dang ugly t shirts. Which was incidentally one size too small for both of us. We look so damn fat or something.

The ugly dress I picked out for Kath.

THE REALLY UGLY DRESS KATHLEEN PICKED OUT FOR ME

Quote of the day.
Niss: It smells like chlorine here (on the train)
Kath: Yeah! Like the sea
Shirls: Chlorine is from pools...

[Akon ft. Eminem - Smack That]

Finished all my exams, talk about finally. Workplace Relations was a killer. 10 pages in about 3 hours, was something I thought to be quite decent (7 for one, 3 for the other). I come out, Lyn Lee's friend says, "I wrote seventeen pages". As Marlin says to Dory: Good feelings gone.

After that we went waffling, it was me Kath, Lyn Lee and Darren. Had to go to Norfbridge. I had the strawberry side and Kath had the chocolate half. It was nice. But now I feel queasy. I hope it wasn't the waffles.
I DID NOT GET MY PIZZA! I want my freakin pizza! Stupid gran why did she have to cook, her steaks tastes funny. Although I really should give thanks to the Lord for having food, cuz I know people in third world countries are practically starving to death, and would envy my steak and rice. But come on. PIZZA!
GRRRR

Anyway, shopping tomorrow. I don't have anything in mind that I need to buy, but I'll always end up with something right?
New blog to check out, Shirley's. My awesome buddy who is so cool she's beyond the rating scale. So check it out.
I should get back to drawing, but not bothered just yet.
No inspiration. Somebody do something whacky and inspire me.
*hopes that'll work, just for her entertainment* Teehee...

[Madonna - Jump]

I've recovered, I've bounced back, bigger and better, new and improved.
Why was I so depressed you ask, well I lost 7 pages of work which I've done for about four hours or so in the library, and it wasn't my fault, computers in the library have their disconnect USB function disabled and it screws up my documents.
I refuse to be emo. Although when I am I usually have a good reason for it. The last time I was emo on my blog was when my parents got a divorce. It's archived somewhere.
Tough times. But niss is a tough cookie.
Big ups to Kay for the hug. It did make me feel better.
what should I wear tomorrow for the workplace relations exam?
It'd be funny if I let someone choose what I should wear, it probably wouldn't be me at all. Also guys have a different taste.
Apparently, high maintenance looking girls are more unlikely to be talked to at parties cuz they're more intimidating, so if you dressed up in t shirts and jeans to a party you're more likely to get hit on. Funny isn't it. Although you're unlikely to impress any of the girls there.
Who wants to impress guys anyway.
Dressing up is the best. Given any occassion to wear a dress, I'm so there totally blinged out. Besides you don't get a lot of those opportunities.

everything reminds me of death. waiting at the bus stop, huh, cars moving fast, interesting to see what would happen if i jumped in front of it. in the bus, huh, that truck has a rope trailing behind it. looks a lot like a noose. gee its hot, wonder what itd be like to drown in warm bath water, post own-wrist-cutting. maybe its an omen or maybe its something im likely to do. yet u never know.

[John Legend - Save Room]

I made a cover last night of my design portfolio. I thought it was pretty cool. There's a lil joke about my bisexual tendencies. See if you can spot it.

Anyways, the next few designs, won't be up til 1. I've finished workplace relations exam, and 2. after shopping.

Today was a good day at work, four hours in shoes I can deal with. They moved me around so much today. It was weird.
I have nothing substantial to write about today. But if you guys ever get a drink from Kongs at Broadway dont get this Japanese tea stuff. It tastes bland and blah.

You know what I was thinking. Some people should really think about what they say before they say it. I mean like you don't have to communicate everything you think about. Just because I suddenly think I have the urge to eat a pineapple, doesn't mean I gotta say it. But this isnt about pineapples. This is about people who don't think.
Anyway, I'll be nicer now, and mention that the models on the supre website are second rate and some are kinda chunky. I dare you to tell me that they're not.
Nice? Not really I suppose but I don't think I can ever be that nice.

You know what I think? I think every girl should wear heels, not only people take classes for walking in heels nowadays, it makes your legs look lean, makes your butt look great (its been scientifically proven that because it makes your butt stick out by some sort of percentage, guys like it) although I suppose that's just relative to different guys. Wedges are good too, they're much more stable, but I find that if you buy shoes with thicker heels you can balance better, and also platform heels have less of a height, so its not too steep for your soles, which makes things much more comfy. Patent shoes are rather uncomfortable though, patent rubs against your foot much more than normal leather. But this season patent is hot, but I'd rather invest in patent accessories like belts. Less pain that way. A good point about normal leather is that it stretches, but don't buy those pierre fontaine ones, they might look leathery but they're just synthetic, anything below 0 is synthetic, unless it's fabric (like canvas). Also if you insist on buying keds, buy a good size, even though your normal size might feel a bit loose, don't go half a size down, because they rub against the back of your foot. Which isn't cool from first hand experience, then to ease the pain you gotta wear socks, which looks pretty terrible with keds unless you wear it under jeans.
Me, I definitely don't need an excuse to wear heels and definitely no need for excuses to wear sparkly things. Why bother putting it off for occassions that never come, if they're comfy enough you might as well wear it. Besides you never know if you'll see a tomorrow.
Bought a new pair of earrings today, light purple and totally shiny, a bargain at eight bux.

[Madonna - Jump]

I've finished the latest installments, unfortunately one didn't come up too well on the scanner. There are lil black dot thingys on the cobalt dress, those are actually lil silver stars. I stuck it on.
but yeah... hmm I also cut out one dress cuz that was the failure one. It wouldve worked with a different colour scheme altogether, but I wanted to experiment.
Lesson to me, don't experiment with ugly colours.

I was thinking with the aqua coloured dress, I'd streamline it a bit because empire waists aren't really that flattering unless you're pregnant, or just plain fat.
Other than that, did some major studying today, but not yesterday. Clearly. And And! I got a voucher for sunglass hut, so I can go get those Baby doll sunnies i wanted bad.
Tomorrow I'll be an information girl. Come chat to me if I look bored. But basically I'll just sit there looking pretty, I'm gonna doll up cuz I don't need to walk around tomorrow and get all sweaty. Trust me MYER gets heaps hot when you're working, especially in the lower ground.
My mum also got me some white shorts, with lil cherries down the bottom. They are so adorably adorable.
On the other hand I wont do photos of my lipgloss collection, cuz I'm thinking that's kinda stupid.
Or my shoes collection. That's kinda stupid too. Maybe.
Hmm...
Oh yeah, Nick wanted a better plug, so go to his blog and read it. Cuz he updates semi regularly (or when I tell him to) and occassionally does dirty jokes, (that I can't understand initially) but I like reading it, he uses a lot of big words. It's a good thing he proofreads my essays. Also talks about gambling, which I warns him is not a good thing in my books. It's only a good thing if he buys me shoes or shiny things with the profit of course :)
So go there.
Is my blog really meaningless? Cuz I'd like to know. I've kinda done a lil review, and I never ever talk about deep feelings. All I talk about is material things. Is that boring.
But feelings and emotions are so not me. I'm as deep as a kiddy's pool. Which is not all that deep.
Speaking of kiddy's pool. I remember diving into one. Yeah not a smart move. Head first too. You know those cartoons, where the lil characters get hit on the head and they form a lil bump. That actually happens. So don't dive head first into kiddy pools guys! It's a stupid thing to do. Which I gone and did.
Although I saw a really stupid thing this morning on Viva La Bam, this guy got buried in the sand, up to his head, and his friends just left him there, and he was like "guys where are you going?? the tide is rising!" and some old man running up the beach in a neon green thong (not sandals)had to dig him out, and boy did he get a great view.
That's all from me. Til next time.

[Fergie - Fergalicious]

Seeing as I haven't finished the latest design installments, I've done about another four, one turned out crap, and the other one I haven't coloured. I'm going to share with you my accessory collection.
This isn't everything, but it's most of it. It goes from left to right, just coz I couldn't fit everything in one photo :)I made it clickable, cuz it was too big to fit in my lil column

Saw some really nice sunnies today, I'm thinking of getting another one. I've been wearing that black FCUK one to death. The ones I saw were Marcs Baby Doll, a dark pink colour, with lil cherry things on the side. So adorable.
But my mum told me to think about it, cuz it was just over 0.
So if I'm still thinking about it tomorrow. I'll go get them :)
You can also see on the third picture, my lil collection of hairclips, two pairs are new, just got them today from Sportsgirl. I'm sure you can guess which.
Also in those pictures, with the blue and white containers, there are actually about 8 more pairs of earrings hanging off it. You just can't see it.
MMM... shiny.
Maybe next time when I'm procrastinating again, I'll show you my collection of shoes, but that's harder cuz shoes aren't miniature sized. Or my collection of lipglosses, and other sorts of make up I have. I think I have too many. But what I don't have enough of are handbags. I need more, but my mum thinks I don't... Hmm... well, my way or the highway.
Oh yeah I have two lil Aqua pets in the picture, if u press the buttons they move and dance. And also vintage sailormoon figurines. Wish I had the whole collection. I did have a sailormoon barbie once, don't know where that went though.

[Michael Gray - Borderline]

So far for my designs here's all I got. I'm working on another one. I can't really design casual clothes, I'm not much good at it.

It's open for critique.
Anyways, today has been uneventful with one management exam. Of which 50% I know nothing of. But I'm hoping for a good grade, after all I made such an effort, and effort leads to performance. And hopefully this performance will lead to desired outcomes. Inner management joke, terrible I know.
Tomorrow I'm gonna go out with my mom I think, although uni is still a possibility seeing as I have to go and read several books for my last exam.
Woo hoo workplace relations.
I'll work on my next few designs, and that'll be up for critique as well.
I'm working on a sort of nautical mixed with feminine look.
As you guys can see, I like shiny things, and I like bows. :D
BOWS! BOWS! BOWS!
If I had my own couture line, I think I'll call it. "i like shiny things" something totally stupid like that. OOH I was thinking of customising my own tee. Nick said if I sent him a design, he'll get it done for me.

Nissa: How about a t-shirt that says "Nissa"?
Nick: Okay that sounds cute
Nissa: *thinks* How about "Bow to Queen Nissa"
Nick: No.

[Yung Joc - I Know You See It]

Guy Laroche has the most amazing gowns this season, colour mixed with really fresh designs. Dior on the other hand, has fallen through with what I can only describe as "beige". Boredom throughout its whole new line. What has happened to Mr. Galliano? The shoes are fantastic as usual, massive platform heels but it doesn't help the boring suit like designs in pale khaki and taupe.
Wish I could design my own haute couture line. I'm gonna try drawing my own but I need to find a seamstress. So far I have three designs. I guess all you need is a little vision, but also some financial backing.
Elle UK just released its Birthday issue, unfortunately its focused a tad too much on the uber botoxed Donnatella Versace. She was just lucky to be a somebody after her brother's death. What I found most fascinating was the things in her handbag, only two things were not a Versace line. Is she just cheap or what?
One of the most beautiful things in the magazine was a corset by Lyall Hakaraia. It was encrusted with crystals which complemented the silvery colour of the corset. Beautifully made.
One of my disappointments was seeing Posh Spice wear this beautiful Azzedine Alaia dress. I SPOTTED THAT DRESS FIRST BIATCH. I wouldn't care so much, if she pulled it off well, but on her skeletal frame, it just looked wrong wrong wrong.
So at the end of today's rant I'd like to show you the Azzedine Alaia dress, the Skeletal Posh, and the Lyall Hakaraia corset.
But also view the Spring/Summer 2007 Guy Laroche designs at www.guylaroche.com

[Fedde Le Grand - Put Your Hands Up 4 Detroit]

I am just so lesbian today. I was working in shoes, and this girl in the lingerie department was so hot. Asian too. Tall. Kickin bod. Why don't I look like that?
I suppose wailing to God about it in church won't really help would it?
On the other hand, this is the negative point about my day. In the afternoon I was on the bus, sat behind this couple, the guy looked DISGUSTING to say the least, blonde short ish dreadies with a bandana over it, arm around his girl, who (from the back had nice hair) and he was leaning real close, kept kissing her cheek, and whispering what I can only assume to be sweet nothings (or sweet bullshit) into her ear, they got off the bus, I had a better look at the girl, she was asian, and the guy was a pretty grotty white guy. End of first part. After work, got on the 34, sat behind a couple. The guy leaning over to the girl, she's definitely asian. (NOT THE SAME COUPLE) nice hair, once again. He's grotty as well, like late thirties looking, she has "exams" so I can only assume about my age. He had a receding hairline. Flies kept buzzing around him, I don't wanna jump to conclusions but maybe he hasn't heard of that invention normal human beings call a "shower". He leans over the whole time just like the first couple, kept whispering in her ear, kissing her cheek. BLEAH! by the end I was nearly in puking mode.
Okay, this is a question I know you guys thought about during my story.
"Why does she choose to sit behind couples?"
Uh hello its my seat. In those new buses, with the seats near the door, its conjoined, so its not like two seats, its more like a bench, and for my big butt its more comfortable okay?
I think I have some issues. If I ever get that sickeningly couply in public please do warn me that I'm gonna make somebody hurl.

Now this is gonna be the hardest thing I ever had to do,
Gonna tell you everything I left out of parts one and two

I borrowed your chapstick (from you)
I tried out your nose hair trimmer (too)
And by the way your diamond ring is cubic zirconium,
I killed your goldfish accidently, just replaced it with another one

These are my confessions
Just when I thought I said all I could say I needed to get some things off my chest right away
These are my confessions
Slipped my mind the last two times, silly me, I guess I
gotta give you part three of my confessions
I threw up on your dog last time I had too much to drink
There have been times when I've peed in your sink
Don't know why, but you and I should agree that belongs in part three of my confessions

Baby forgive me I'm still trying to figure out why I used your toothbrush to clean off the bathroom grout
Oh and sometimes in private, I really like to dress up as Shirley Temple and spank myself with a hockey stick
My boss thinks I'm a jerk, I didn't get that raise.
I haven't changed my underwear in twenty-seven days!
And when I'm kissing you I fantasize you as a midget
I'm so sorry Debbi! I mean Bridget!

These are my confessions
Just when I thought I said all I could say I got a few more secrets I'd like to convey
These are my confessions
Slipped my mind the last two times, silly me, I guess I gotta give you part three of my confessions
Gave you buttered toast I dropped and then picked up off the floor
FYI it was not a cold sore
Ooops my bad, but you'll be madder at me when I finish part three of my confessions

You don't know how hard it is for me to tell you this, but remember that shirt that you got me for my birthday?
Well, I returned it for store credit. That thing was hideous, what were you thinking?
O and by the way, I wasn't really sick last week,
I just didn't wanna go to your stupid office picnic
Oh and when I told you at breakfast we were all out of rice krispies,
What I meant was that there was only enough left for me. Sorry.

These are my confessions
Just when I thought I said all I could say, I thought of
some more things that should scare you away
These are my confessions
Slipped my mind the last two times, silly me, I guess I gotta give you part three of my confessions
Once I blew my nose and wiped it on your cat
And I lied, yes that dress makes you look fat
Anyway, I shouldn't say anymore 'til I give you part four of my confessions ~*Weird Al*~

[DJ Webstar ft Trina - Chicken Noodle Soup]

That's right, I need a hug, after failing my listening exam. Clearly it went very bad.
Other than that, I bought that dress I put on hold. It's white with lil red hearts, which I'll wear with my heart shaped sunnies later in summer.
I'll definitely look like a complete weirdo.
I need some red wedges to match.
I saw some nice shoes while I was working, but my mum said I should save up and not shop so much. She has a point.
I'm finding all these temporary tattoos in my drawer, so I've decided to use them. So until they're finished ull see me with a new one everyday.
I do wanna get a real one though, some time in the future, but I don't want to get something cliche like a love heart, or butterflies, maybe a bunny. Cuz I like bunnies.
Or an ice cream sundae, cuz I like ice cream, or a lollipop with a swirl of colours.
Or you know what, little miss sunshine. Cuz i adore lil miss sunshine. She's my favourite little miss. I wonder if Nick would get Mr. Happy tattooed as well, cuz then we'd match, though then again probably not.

I have this thing with my wardrobe right now, where I'm wearing the stuff I haven't worn for awhile, or stuff I haven't ever worn like since I bought them. Hmm. Trying to rotate my clothes enough, so that I feel better that I haven't really wasted my money.
Trying to rotate accessories as well, though in the end if I don't like them enough, I do go brutal with the spring cleaning. Everything I don't like anymore, in a plastic bag, sent off to a Good Sammy's bin. Yeah I'm totally a good samaritan.
Feelin fat tonight. Hence the dancing in my room.

[Kanye West - All Falls Down]

Yesterday, handed in my essay at 10 am.
Met Kath after, and we went to the Reid Cafe and Alan n Shirlz joined us after. Alan drove us to northbridge, where we met noelle in front of golden century.
We had lots of things like my favourites, chicken feet, bbq pork buns, prawn dumplings, there was also, seaweed rolls, fried squid, sticky rice, n other stuff, we ate til we nearly exploded...
Then me, kath, shirls, alan went to timezone, to take photos
Anyway after that we went to Subi, and it took us like half an hour to find parking, and while alan went off to buy fresh fruits, me Kath n Shirley went shopping, but I didnt get anything. Only tried one dress that made me look uber fat because of the excess material in the front. Talk about Yuck.
We had cold rock ice cream though, that was the best part of Subi, and once again I made the mistake of ordering a regular instead of kiddies, but saying kiddies is js so weird, they shud just call it "small"
Kath and I met Kim at Myer later on, dont remember what we did, I felt so sluggish at the time, just wanted to go home.
I remember we went to Sportsgirl, I bought two singlets, and a pair of heart sunnies

This is Mrs F. wearing the sunnies, it matches her outfit.
I had work the rest of the night at miss shop, and I put a dress on hold, i'll probly try it on sunday cuz I have to go to work.
After work we took Trish home, she lives 5 minutes away from Curtin. :D

[U2 - Beautiful Day]

Yes, today looks like a beautiful day and promises to be sunshine and flowers and butterflies.
I've actually scanned my pictures
I do look retarded so don't say I haven't warned you guys.

This is me, in my lil overalls, with the biggest trend of the nineties. The troll in my pocket, can you guys see his hair. It's pink. He was my favourite.

This next picture was the one I mentioned previously, about being stupid in a big group photo and if you take a gander below...

That's me but why do I look like a boy?
No sense of fashion at all, why did I let my mother dress me. What the heck was wronk with me?
I've finished my essay so I'm quite happy and my utterly gorgeous bf is proofreading it now. *whee*
The only thing is I went over the word limit by 500 words.
OH dearie me.
Other than that, if i see anymore weird kooky pictures, I'll post it up. But don't worry I'm not as weird as you guys think. To K: I miss you too :( I don't see you as often.
But now I can read ur going on's and Mel's as well in ur blog :D

[Garbage - When I Grow Up]

Yeah, when I grow up, whenever that is.
Oh hey, NEW BRAND Fangling dazzling new blogs to check out. Some Hi-lariously funny people, Eugene, Kayesha and Melissa. I didn't give u guys just one new reading material but THREE. Isn't that fantastic.
But if you guys havent checked out the other links, you definitely should too.
Apart from that, my day was a bust, haven't finished essay like I said I would. Wasted some time reading shop til you drop, as I would.
But I'm getting there. Going through my old photo album looking for that picture with Donald Duck sunnies, I saw a lot of crazy kooky photos. A lot of crazy weird ones of me. There's this one photo, its a group photo with lots of people, family friends, and everyone looks normal, and there I sit with my Statue of Liberty foam headdress, that's green and spiky.
Well if you wanna see that photo, ill post it up, but I gotta get some yesses first. I can't just put up some silly weird ass photo of myself, that could be used in court for future actions, I can't defend myself later on if I was accussed of insanity.
I'm so tired right now, I have to sleep, and its only 10:30.
Well haha good night y'all. I'm goin ta bed.

Life has been pretty mediocre, I got my nails done today, they're a magenta colour, and I got two refillers. Olinda for my left hand, Marilyn for my right hand. Both did a pretty good job, but my nails are starting to get really sensitive and pained when filed.
Anyway, I'm working hard on my Japanese right now, trying to get all the vocab in my head, trying to memorise 6 dozen or so kanji is not an easy thing to do. Actually its a lot more than that...
Then I gotta start on management, then finally my essay. After all that is done for this week, I really gotta get moving on pre exam preparations. Like my portfolio and independent project, preparation for my asian studies take home exam, my oral exam for japanese and other stuff like that.
Nicholas is coming soon, I'm over the moon. Really excited, but there is nothing to do in Perth. But he's gonna meet the parents. :) Isn't that nice, a little family get together with the future son-in-law. My dad doesnt know that he's gonna be meeting the bf yet, so that'll be a nice surprise for dad. >_>
I'll probably drag him to go shop with me, I mean it's the only time I get his opinion on things I try on, so it'd be good. But often I get lazy about trying things on, and like coming out to show him. That's a bit awkward, because people are around, and if I look like a drag queen with poodle chic, that's even worse.
Heaps of nice dresses, Witchery, Portmans, Myer, Sportsgirl, I LOVE dresses, my passion in life. I hate it how I'm in between sizes though, a 10 is too big for me but yet an 8 is too tight, they really shud make dresses in size 9. *sigh*
Anyway good luck for exams people.

springs are funny things, they're so springy.

On a different note, someone who will remain unnamed, said my cheery disposition can be annoying. Which made me not so cheery.

Today I spent the morning curlink my hair, and then mummy and I went to carousel and we had fast eddy's. Crappiest hot dog ever, you know how buns are supposed to stick together on one side so your sausage doesnt fall out, the cook divided my bun, and i couldnt eat it as easily as I thought I could've :( My onions fell out.
Saw lots of cute things at the pet shop at carousel, like axolotls, puppies, kitties, wabbits, guinea pigs, hermit crabs, mice, birdies, and fishies :D I love animals. :)
Went to uni after, and did nothing. Skipped lecture. Went to jap lecture though. Found out my oral exam group is with jess stubbs (again, for like the third time or something) and some guy called aaron. I swear there's no "aaron" in our class. Although it could be one of those guys who are kinda weird. There's 2 weird ones in my class.
One wears a scarf with captain america t shirts, the other has a beard thing, with long ish hair.
hm yes.
That is all for now.

Last night was late night shopping with kath at caro. Kath bought, a top, a dress and a headband. I got a white clutch, a big pink n white plastic bangle, a cuff with a lace print, a white work shirt (because some things are necessary) and a pair of white hoopy earrings.
Before shopping I had uni, had to finish up my art of drawing project, and finally she was done. Its a figure of a woman outta paper, she has a pelvis, legs and everything, no head though.
Wednesday I spent the day shopping and studying. Went to garbo with mum and gran, I got a guess bag and fell in love with a guess necklace. I cant afford two expensive things in one day though :(
I waited 2 hours for mum n gran as well, they were getting haircuts and stuff, and the hairdresser lady was so slow, so i just sat on a hard wooden chair and did my asian studies research for 2 whole hours. what a waste of time.
I had coffee on wednesday cuz Dobbs treated us all for coffee at the ref for the last tute n we didnt do nething, just talked with each other. So I guess that was gud in a way, though I came to uni jus cuz I thought it was the last tute and I skipped monday then we didnt end up doin nethin neway. *huff*
I'm thinkin I wanna dye my hair...

[Cassie - Ditto]

Feelin congested and yergh. My head is all blocked up.
Nick is off to play scrabble with his rents, and I am sitting here in a massive attempt to concentrate on my ginormous asian studies reading. You know what? It just ain't workin.
On Friday, got my nails done *again* and yes for the third time. They're a racy red. with white flowers on the corner. Olinda insisted on painting them red. She thinks they're "sexy". My natural nails are feeling a bit brittle though.
Work at Miss Shop after that was a killer, since Myer is having a mid season sale, I haven't even had a chance to have a good look yet. I worked 5 to 9 Friday night. Now, what I could not fathom was why they would roster me the next morning, no not even at 9, but at 8 to do recovery. 8 am?! It takes about half an hour to get to the city, buses on saturday is not convenient, thus having to catch it at 7 am, means for me, I had to get up at 6. Or the vicinity of it anyway. And the night before sleeping at 11. I was dead. Deadly sleepy and tired, and experienced much emotional labour for the next four hours.
The rest of the day I spent at home, watched the Little Mermaid again, and not much else.
Tomorrow is Sunday, and I have to go to church and then guess what? Off to work again. Nyahahaha. I'm going mental...

[Janet Jackson & Nelly - Call On Me]

Last night was spring feast, it was good overall, (if you picked the right stalls) i had a mochi thing, takoyaki, ice kachang, siomay, half of a chicken satay, n thats it probably. There was heaps of food like, red bean soup, gado-gado, laksa, yakisoba, green tea ice cream, teriyaki burgers, mango pudding, famous amos biscuits, bakery like bread, cincau, cendol, and etc etc. My fake nail came off on one finger. :(
I look retarded.
OH! Last night was the premier night of the Little Mermaid, cuz it just came out on DVD, it was so good that I was tempted to watch it twice, or that could just be because I was too lazy to turn the DVD machine off so it started to repeat.
bucks for a dvd was pretty steep but nonetheless well worth it.
Yesterday I was also busy making a figure outta paper and stitching it up with wool. A difficult and arduous task, cuz we started at 3 and finished at like 5:41. :(
Alan and Kath came all the way to archi as well, but then they had to walk back, but I caught up (sort of).
Unfortunately Shirley lost her mobile, someone stole it which isnt a very nice thing to do at all is it? If i find that person, I'll go bash them up. Most definitely.
On a different tangent altogether, me n nick were discussing what our couple name should be. If Tom Cruise and Katie Holmes can have one and Ben Affleck and Jennifer Lopez had one, surely we can have one too. We came up with either nissack, or nisk. Then it dawned on us that it wasn't that brilliant of an idea in the first place.

-.- < Saturday, September 30, 2006 > -.-

Exciting news, The Little Mermaid is coming out on DVD, just what I've been waiting for.
Yesterday I was in the city checking my roster and stuff, had to pick up tickets from Kim, I bought myself this lancome lipgloss, its sky blue colour. It's gorgeous, then the lady goes if you buy two, you get a gift, so i got another sweet balm (after all the one my dad bought me was wrong, it was too pale for my liking) so i got a pinkier colour plus a gift. It was this turquoise make up bag, with a mini mascara, mini juicy tube, lipstick, mini moisturiser, cleanser, and mini hypnose EDT. I gave the EDT to gran, the scent wasn't really me, I like much more fruitier things.
I'll give mum the lipstick. I also bought those shoe gel things, to put inside my wedge when I go clubbing, and you know what it doesn't work, my feet still hurt. Maybe it was all the standing, but it didn't relieve my feet much.
I also got a new uni bag. It's white, it was on sale, so it was nice n cheap. :)
At night, I was late to dinner, but we had it at Uncle Billy's. I think their food is crappier now. We had some veggie thing, squid (that was bad) and tofu sumthing or other, beef and that might've been it. Initially there was me, Emi, Lisa, Alan, and Kathleen. Unfortunately we got out too late so by the time we got to Metro's the line was nearly circling the block. It took one hour of queueing to get in.
Soon as we got in, everyone wanted to get drinks, I wasn't fussed.
Then spent a lil bit of time dancing, said hello to some people. Then went upstairs and waited for a long while for Kim's performance, but I wasn't disappointed. I have to admit it, their dancing was much better than MSU's. Much better choreographed. Anyone can dance, but the choreography especially for the guys was very good. And Kim did well too with the butt shaking. We were all cheering really embarrassingly loudly for her.
Then we were dancing again for a bit, then there was another performance of some guys breakdancing. Not bad. But breaking is a lil bit 2001.
Then they wanted to have drinks again, so we went to the top bar. And I saw the poledancing, but it was just silhouette on a big screen with colourful lights. So that was pretty awesome, I recorded it too.
Then Kit picked me up. He had friends in the car. They were drunk. It wasn't great. Plus we were all squished in.
Too bad I didn't get to see Grace. She got picked up too early ><
All in all a good night. Today I just went to the library and worked on Workplace Relations essay due Monday. Tomorrow I gotz work again.

[Bella - Ordinary Girl]

Yesterday went to uni, I got a *ONE* for supposedly talking, which was false. The whole one - two - three and ur out thing was from management, if the lecturer catches u talking, he'll give u a one, then after three u gotta go. BUT I DIDN'T TALK. I just poked my friend, cuz my other friend fell asleep. Then he saw us like smiling, and he gave us a ONE! Unbelievable. Then wasted a whole minute talking about how we shouldn't distract other people by talking, cuz our other classmates were there to learn. But i didn't distract anyone else. GEEZ (except for maybe Yo)
Anyway, went to dinner after uni with my brother, mum and grandma, and mum and kit had a fight about him moving out, mum was worried and started lecturing him and he said "just let me fucking live" then mum got angry and said "don't you ever swear at me, i'm your mother" or whatever then she started crying, and kit was like "let's talk outside" and they didn't come back til the food arrived. And dinner was in mid silence. Except for me, because I always pretend that there's no conflict. I like to evade conflict.
I'm not going to cocktail, so I hope all of you guys who are going have fun, you can tell me the details after.

[Ludacris - Money Maker]

Been working most of my weekend, I was in Jeansplus yesterday, Guy sizes are weird, Niss no understand x_x
30? 79 for pants? What is that ><
Anyway, no there weren't any hotties, a lotta weirdos. This girl with a weird buncha boiz asked me if she could get a discount on the industrie t shirt, i was just like u have to pay what's on the tag. Then another man who was buying a t shirt for his son (the t shirt said "my mum thinks im rad") asked me for a discount as well, persistently too. WHAT THE FUCK, DO I LOOK LIKE A FREAKIN PATSY TO YOU PEOPLE?!
Anyway, other than thatttt, i haven't done any uni work so i'm quite behind on stuff. Last night after I got home I was just watching this Korean soap called Princess something or other. It's pretty good, apart from the fact that the guys have somewhat longish hair, and you know how i hate that, my brother saw an episode and he was jus like are they homosexual?
Bought a bunny hairclip and a necklace yesterday too. Bunnies! Bunnies! Bunnies! X3

[Ne Yo - I Ain't Gotta Tell You]

I've been reading this manga since yesterday morning, I was stuck in the city waiting for Kathleen, so I thought I'd go into Borders to have a read. I started reading GALS! and it was really funny, I was just laughing to myself, so I bought it and got really into it I whined and whinged to my mum/gran til they bought me number 2, and comics aren't cheap. This isn't indonesia. Where comics are like around the proximity of .50. It was like a pop. Then today I got the third one, and read it on the bus, I swore I laughed out loud at least once.

Anyway apart from that, yesterday I was really sick after shopping, its amazing how shopping is really a cure for everything. Chocolate is a close second.
Today I'm still not feeling that great, so I came for my Jap tute and pretty much skipped all of art of drawing, lecture + studio. I promise I'll try to catch up, but going there from 2 to 6 is tough stuff.
Ill go next week.
After uni, I went to the city, and got that comic, got a necklace and a pair of earrings from Diva. Stuff makes me feel better.
Got home, started doing next week Asian Studies reading, not sure I'm even halfway through yet, but I'm pretty sure tomorrow I'll be spending my time in the library, if only to borrow stupid books for my essay. Grrr.
Anyway I *think* I'm gettin my nails done, but 9:30 am is sooo early.
Sigh.

Thursday night was ball night, I got my hair done. Most exciting part of the day.
Friday, had lunch at the Balinese place that's next to Ranger Camping on Albany Highway.
Then went to Olinda's beauty school, and she did my acrylics for me. She painted them French as well, unfortunately most of it came off straight after. (when I was trying on dresses). Incidentally, I bought a dress. It has lil flowers on it, and a black gingham skirt with a ribbon.
I painted my own nails today, its Marquis Peach, with white, yellow and violet flower decals.
Gonna be doing uni work for the rest of the day. Catching up on tute stuff.

[Kelis - Fuck Them Bitches]

I went out with mum yesterday, I was on the hunt for summer dresses. But terrible news, I couldn't find any. I was cut. Very cut.
I saw a nice one, but I'm not sure I wanna shell out 9 for a dress. I'm trying to save up for a nice designer bag.
Something like this.

I'm not sure I wanna get a Louis Vuitton bag, just because everyone has one now, it's like buying a bag from Sportsgirl.
Although with the price of one dior bag, I could get several LeSportSac bags. Hmmm. Thinking time.
Other than that I had Gyoza Ramen at the food court, it wasn't too bad, made me really full.
Didn't get much shopping done, just bought some undies, and a new lipgloss.
The lipgloss was the greatest buy of the day. It's called Kiss this, by Bonne Bell, it was squidgy. I was putting some on, accidentally tasted it, and it was sweetttt. ^-^ what a surprise.
Uber glittery too. I like shiny things.
I'm craving to go to the movies. I haven't been for sooo long. I really wanna see the Devil Wears Prada. Not that I like Anne Hathaway too much, she's a bit too goody goody for me. But let's see how she plays her character
What I should do, is get the girls together for some dvd nights. That'd be fun.
But so lazy to organise.. >_>

[Lily Allen - Knock Em Out]

Yesterday was a very eventful day.
I went to work as usual (I was in shoes) and when I had my break, I was in the toilet and the lady janitor was complaining
Janitor: I've never seen so much shit in my life.
Me: What happened?
Janitor: Someone shat on the ground floor, all the way to the lower ground floor, in the fitting room and in the toilet, all over the walls. They must not've gone to the toilet for a year or something.
Me: Ew.
I bought new thongs, theyre bejewelled and white by Steve Madden, also bought a pink wrap top with 3/4 sleeves from Sportsgirl.
After that went to dinner at Kath's, Kim and Kath were cooking. I just made salad. :)
It was too much to eat cuz I couldnt finish everything, there was seaweed soup (Kath's), 2 types of chicken (Kim's) rice and salad. Then Strawberry Jello for dessert. We also watched the Sound of Music.
Fun night all up.
Thursday is ball night, im gettin my hair done. :)

[Cassie - Me U]

Man, have you guys heard this song? Have you *SeeN* the video clip? How much does she love herself? The whole thing is nothing BUT her. Dancing. In gym clothes. In front of a mirror...At least I do it secretly.
Today was uneventful, I woke up real early, only to find out dad's plane got delayed anyway.
Then went straight to uni. Did management tute, with my established group. They're friendly people :)
Then I had an hour's break, which is just enough time for me to hand in my Workplace Relations book review.
Then Kablegs, Alab, Shibley and yours truly skipped lectures and went off to get lollies. I had .80 worth of Stwawbewwy Clouds :) I like clouds. Red on the outside, pink on the inside, soft and sugary sweet.
Then Kabby, Shibby and I went to the tav, and we had chicken nuggets and chips + nachos. Then awhile later Lisa and Alab joined us. Dan came too.
At 2 pm I had my lecture.
It was entrancing :P Not
I played with sticky tabs with grace.
PLayed bingo too.
I won one game. :D
Alab won two. But anyway. Back to me...
After that I caught the bus back home, but I met Aaron at the busport. What a coincidence since I never see him catching the bus like. Ever. Cept for that time with Melitta. On my bus.
Yah anyway, Daddy started unpacking, and I got my lancome lip stuff. Cept one wasn't exactly what I wanted. It was the plump one in a pale yellow colour, and it smelt like coconuts, but I'm not a big fan.
And guess what? I got a t shirt, true to my previous post. It was uh fluoro yellow/green. By a Korean brand I haven't even heard of... what was it..? Dofira. Firado..? No no, it was Rapido. But yeah. You'll see me wear it tomorrow. If you see me at all. Although I'd be pretty hard to miss, cuz I'll be blinding everyone.
Other than that, my oldest cousin got me a MNG wallet, my second oldest cousin got me knickers.
Then my dad also got me Clinique moisturiser, a pendant necklace thingamajig, and that's about all.
I pointed out to my dad a nice jacket from Rapido though, so let's see if he gets the hint, next time he goes to Shanghai.
The day has been filled with stuff overall.

Ive been working on this Ulrich Beck summary, since like this morning 2 of the chapters are like so freaking long. I have one left to go.
Other than that the most exciting thing for this week, is that my daddy's coming back. Wheeeeee. Let's see if he bought me anything kewlz.
I'm predictingg.... something... PINK.
I hope its a cute skirt, but knowing my dad it's probably a souvenir t shirt.
Looking forward to the rest of the week.

[Fergie - London Bridge]

I got a new mp3 player yesterday, at the time I thought I got gypped, because it wasnt *fantastic* (meaning it wasnt pink) but like I've grown to like it now. I had to get an mp3 player that would double up as a flashdrive. Okay this new word "flashdrive" I only learnt at myer. I went there looking for "memory sticks" and I asked the guy where it was, and he was like, uh what? you mean flashdrives? They're over here." and they only had one for 2 gigs which was 9. A lil bit too steep, I thought especially since I had nothing else to compare it with. So I asked their recommendations for other stores, and they said Dick Smith or JB Hifi, so I went to JB and got a Samsung mp3 player. Originally I wanted a Panasonic, it was really small, square and the top was a mirror. It was superb. BUT it used a cable to connect to the USB port. So that sucked, and I had the choice of the Samsung or sumthing uglier. And with me its all about the aesthetic value, so I had to get it. I was compelled to get it seeing as I can't keep emailing stuff to myself. That sucks. Last time I did that, the thing didnt reach me, and I had to start my essay all over again, luckily I've only done two paragraphs. Tonight is Kim's Birthday party, and I'm going to be taking a lot of pictures, because everyone will be in full blown costumes. Excited. Very excited indeed. On the negative, I am now running a deficit, and have no money to buy those Marcs Baby Doll sunnies I so sorely wanted. It sucks to be bankrupt.

Lil Angry Girl

This post has a title. It is my rant, and you can't complain, because it's my turn. I don't wanna smile anymore. Smiling gives you wrinkles, and I smile too much at work. work is shite. uni is shite. on the plus side.. oh wait. there's no plusses. every fuckin day i gotta sit in the fuckin bus without any fuckin music, it fuckin sucks. drawing isnt even fun anymore, i gotta think about stuff to do for my project. so far ive only got this.

It sucks don't it? It has quite a few messages though.
1. as both men and women strive for their careers, they become distant.
2. the tree represents the stages of love, moving from a fruitful tree, to love with cleavages, broken love, and finally a barren tree.
3. the picture shows a moving economy, one from subsistence, to the free market, where both men and women can strive for the success of their own careers.
4. the man and woman face opposite directions signifying their different career paths, and also their separation from each other, moving towards different futures.
5. the city in the background is perth (i need to get a more accurate picture of it) but it shows that globalization looms its ugly after effects even in the Australian society.
6. people ruin the environment, cities are lacking trees, but even before modernisation, the pollution already began. shown as the black smoke. it's just a concept. it's pretty crap right now. but im sure ill come up with something better for my REAL and worth quite a bit project. so mad at my brother for his stupid comments. mad at a lot of people especially on tuesday. GEEZUS i was pretty fucking angry.

Granted I haven't blogged for awhile, but life has definitely been busy. First of all today was Lisa's birthday, so best wishes to her. We had cake. On the oval. Sung happy birthday too...
I skipped lunch today, it was too late by the time we got to Broadway, but nonetheless my figure says thank you to the circumstances.
Guess what? Avril Lavigne got married to Deryck Whibley. She looked so cute in her custom made wedding gown, I wish I was getting married. I just wanna wear a pretty white dress. Oh and enjoy married life. Have lil kids and stuff. That I can dress up like my barbie dolls.
Tomorrow is my "art" day, I'm just gonna wear sumthin real daggy, so if you see a bum at uni tomorrow, do give me a shout, as ugly as I look, I'd still love to chat.

[Justin Timberlake - Sexy Back]

This weekend I'm gonna have to focus on my Workplace Relations Speech for my presentation on MONDAY. Fucking hell. So fucking pissed about that. Pissed at my stupid situation.
Other than that this week has been dedicated to work, uni work that is. I'm gonna work my ass of for uni, so I can get better grades this semester.
In other news, I got a new lipbalm, its called Mystic Night, by KIT. The makeup brand, not my brother. Its critically acclaimed, and is made in France. It's not bad, I just wear it when I go to sleep, and voila, wake up the next morning with uber moisturised lips. MMmmMM..Magic in a pot.
I'm thinking of getting the lipgloss too, its called plump, (like most lipglosses are now) and I have a big thing for things that can boost the collagen in my lips. Or make it look like I have a super duper massive pout.
The wonders of makeup.
Now, I'm going to decide my wardrobe for this coming week. Adios.
Ah.. the life of a superficial material girl.

if anyone's seen my ipod please tell me, ive fallen into depression because i cant find it.

[Monica ft Dem Franchize Boyz - Everytime Tha Beat Drop]

I got 2 more pairs of shoes yesterday. (After work) The first one was a pair of keds, as shown below.

The other one is a pair of boots. You'll see me wear it monday. :)
Other than that, this weekend has been dedicated to work. Working in men's wear is hard. First of all I didn't know where I was supposed to be, so I had to call up admin, and the manager put me in men's accessories to work with this other lady, and I did manual labour, MANUAL LABOUR I tell YOU. I had to open boxes, and sort out men's boxers, briefs (occassionally thongs...WHO BUYS THOSE???) and then I had to get a trolley so i can drive all the empty boxes to the dock, but it didn't fit onto the trolley, so i had to like cut up the boxes and flatten them. Then once i got there, there were some boxes which had all this rubbish in it, so i had to separate the rubbish first, and then cut up the boxes. It was tough ><
I'm not made for such hard work ><
Then I got moved to men's shoes, that was better, but I kept running out of plastic bags, so I had to keep running back and forth to other registers. That sucked.
But I got two pairs of shoes out of it. If you're looking for shoes, MYER is having a second pair for 50% off, and some of their shoes are already like 20 to 40 ish. Quite cheap.
But my Keds weren't on sale. They're new arrivals. :D

[Beyonce ft Jay Z - Deja Vu]

Kathleen was right, this song wasn't great.
Anyway, uni started off with a bang. It was fantastic, I have 12 books to read for one unit, I have timetable clashes, and faraway classes. I also got coffee and chatted with lots of friends, got 2 of my course readers too.
I've decided this semester I'm going to be an optimist. The glass is half full not half empty, but changing from being a pessimist to an optimist is hard.
Oh well, I'm looking fwd to the rest of the semester. Should be very exciting indeed.
Shud we start a new page of short term goals people?
I think we should.
Short Term Goal #1: Read all 12 books for Workplace Relations
Short Term Goal #2: Pick a sport that I can incorporate into my lifestyle.
Short Term Goal #3: Make new friends :)
Short Term Goal #4: Save money.
Short Term Goal #5: Tidy up my room >_>

[E-40 ft. T Pain & Kandi Girl - U & Dat]

Yesterday I went out with Kathleen, and we did a bit of shopping. I bought a dress, yes another one to add to my growing collection. So far I have 10 dresses. Which isn't so many, and doesn't include formal dresses. I only have like 3 formal dresses anyway. I hardly ever go to formals.
Then we met up with Gerard and Jon for dinner, we went to City Garden, and went karaokeing afterwards. :)
But today, it's back to uni. On the plus side I get to see everyone again.
On the very very negative side, I have to buckle down and study again.
Oh Guess what I'm really into right now? Old school animation.
Sailormoon, Doraemon, Hello Kitty, and no, Pokemon is not old school (well maybe the really old version, before they introduced all the new fangled Pokemons). But I'm reviving the trends, what I really wish I had though, are some Sailormoon stickers :(
Yes sticker collecting is also back. And its BIG I tell you. >_< No I am not a loser. I may act like I'm 5 years old, but I am not a loser. I'm purely immature.
ANYONE if you have any sailormoon stickers you no longer want/need, please feel free to throw them my way.
Donations are greatly appreciated.

[3LW - Feelin You]

I got back 2 days ago, and I've just been unpacking and doing stuff. Nothing real interesting.
I feel like watching Stick It though, I didn't end up watching it over east, but we did go see the Da Vinci Code (yes I know it's old), n Just My Luck.
Other than that... Nick and I went to a lot of places, (mostly shopping). We go to the city a lot, walk around Darling Harbour and stuff.
What really puzzled me when I got home was the fact that I had so many pairs of shoes. Check this, I brought with me my tan boots, my white heels and old sneakers, I came back with those PLUS one black pair of heels with ribbon ties, one pair of peach wedge, a new pair of adidas sneakers and a pair of ginormous slippers that looks like sneakers, (incidentally I'm wearing them now, and they are so comfy).
anyway. Do u guys wanna hear a joke, that Nick made up?
It's quite lame :P
What do you call Niss working?
Businiss.
Yes. Haha.
I'm going out today with Shirley and A-lan.
So I'll catch y'all later.

-.- < Sunday, July 9, 2006 > -.-

Hi everyone, I'm in the middle of my trip, still having fun, just blogging while Nick is cooking dinner. We're having egg noodles with BBQ pork and Enoki mushrooms.
Yesterday I met up with Lucy for a second time, and I met her friends too, we saw Pirates of the Carribean 2, the ending was crap cuz it was one of those unresolved ones, and ur just expecting a sequel.
you know what's good though, Hoodwinked. I saw that on the plane over and it was hilarious.
I met Julie she's really pretty, a lil emo, and I really don't like that sorta thing, plus what was up with her and her bf Alex who has kinda strange hair. They were constantly needing their own space.
Anyway, apart from that I went out today to the city for like the gazillionth time, and we went shopping.
I got this great Juicy Couture pink hoodie, I got a pink playboy bunny one just a couple of days ago too, and then... I also got Doraemon playing cards! Yea i know! They're fantastic, and a Hello Kitty rubber stamp. I also played one of those games, where you put in a coin and twist the knob, and a random figurine comes out. I got RJ from over the hedge, the raccoon. He's my favourite.
Didn't do very much else, got 10 Miffy notebooks from Morning glory cuz it was having a closing down sale. I did go a lil overboard yes...
Anyway I hope all your holidays have been good. til next time.
